/ Adobe partner

Adobe Solution Partner, specialised in Adobe Commerce.

What that means for your build: certified Adobe Commerce people on it, Magento experience back to version 1, and Emirates work Adobe has recognised.

The accreditation

One accreditation behind every UAE build

Adobe accredits Brainvire as a Solution Partner with an Adobe Commerce specialisation, and our Dubai and Abu Dhabi teams work under it. See our Adobe Commerce development services page.

Magento

A Magento partner, now an Adobe partner

Magento became Adobe Commerce, so a tender asking for a Magento partner wants an Adobe partner. We rescue Magento 1 and build on Adobe Commerce Cloud; see our Magento practice page.

Recognition

An Experience Maker finalist from the Emirates

RAK Ceramics reached the Adobe Experience Maker finals in 2022 with the portal we built; Pidilite followed in 2023. Read our Experience Maker announcement and the RAK Ceramics case study.

Your team

Certified people on your build

Adobe certifies individuals as well as companies. Before you sign, you meet the architects and developers who will build your store, and see their Adobe certifications.

/ Our Adobe Commerce work

Adobe Commerce builds, replatformed and extended.

Emirates builds first: 2XL Home, RAK Ceramics and a holding group on one Magento estate. Then Rev-A-Shelf’s move off Magento and American Lighting’s AI order desk. Each card opens the case.

/ UAE e-invoicing and VAT

UAE e-invoicing, handled from the order up.

Your storefront never files with the Federal Tax Authority. It hands a complete, correctly taxed order to the system that issues the invoice. We build that handover.

The model

Five corners, and your store feeds the first

You are corner one of the UAE’s five-corner Peppol model. Your Accredited Service Provider sends each invoice to your customer’s provider and the tax data to the Federal Tax Authority.

PINT AE

The invoice now has a data dictionary

PINT AE, the UAE version of the Peppol invoice, fixes the mandatory fields. Buyer TRN, line-level tax, legal entity name and credit-note references must leave the store complete, so we scope them first.

Timing

A pilot in 2026, then waves from 2027

The Ministry of Finance plans a pilot in 2026, then mandatory waves from 2027, largest businesses first. We build the data capture now: it takes months, and it serves whichever wave you join.

VAT

VAT decides the fields first

UAE VAT is 5% on standard-rated supplies; zero-rated, exempt, designated-zone and export lines each need their own treatment. We design customer groups, tax classes and a validated TRN field to match.

/ What we build

Adobe Commerce development, one accountable team.

Eight practices, one engagement, from first build to managed support. Most UAE programmes start with two and phase in the rest, so the first release ships sooner.

/ How we deliver

Four stages, each ending in something you can click.

Scope sets the calendar: small implementations take 8 to 12 weeks, mid-market builds 12 to 24, enterprise programmes 6 to 12 months, and a standalone upgrade 3 to 8 weeks.

01020304
Step 01

Scope before licence

Two workshops in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or at your site on catalogue, trade terms, tax, ERP and channels. If a platform is too heavy for you, we say it early.

Step 02

Integration-first build

Nothing is styled until the data moves. Migration runs as rehearsals against a copy, each with a rollback point, and every sprint ends in a working demo.

Step 03

Rehearse the awkward cases

Part shipments, cancellations, a refund across month end, a trade account over its limit. Payments, invoicing, ERP and couriers are tested together during user acceptance testing.

Step 04

Go live, then keep going

Your finance team picks the window. Hypercare covers the first month end and returns cycle, then the roadmap turns to conversion, page speed and the AI features you deferred.

/ Accelerators

The risky moves, already mostly built.

Four components from earlier Gulf and enterprise programmes: a staged replatform, an e-invoicing kit, a payments and Arabic pack and an Odoo backbone, reused on your programme rather than built from zero.

Replatform
[5.4X]higher conversion rate after the Rev-A-Shelf migration

Magento 1 or 2 to Adobe Commerce

Catalogue, customers, orders, content and rankings move in a fixed sequence, each step reversible. The replatform becomes nine small moves, and your customers notice none of them.

Compliance

UAE e-invoicing readiness kit

TRN capture, customer group and tax class design, the handover to your invoicing system, credit-note references that survive an audit, and a test pack for every document type.

Emirates payments and Arabic pack

Payment set-up and settlement reconciliation, Arabic right to left through store and email, bilingual invoices, and the emirate, area and building address a UAE buyer expects.

Ready for · [cards, wallets and instalments]
ERP behind Adobe

Adobe Commerce with an Odoo backbone

Stock, pricing, invoicing and the e-invoicing handover stay in the ERP; Adobe Commerce runs the storefront and trade accounts. Our UAE Odoo and Adobe teams work as one.

/ Payments and Arabic

A checkout built for how UAE buyers pay.

Cards through a local acquirer, instalments, wallets and a store that reads both ways. Adobe Commerce reaches each through a provider, so the work is reconciliation, refunds and Arabic.

Acquiring

Network International and Telr take the money

Most UAE checkouts clear through Network International for larger merchants or Telr for faster onboarding. Settlement lands in batches, so we build reconciliation rules, not a month-end spreadsheet.

Instalments

Tabby and Tamara change the basket

Shoppers look for Tabby and Tamara once a basket passes a few hundred dirhams. Each refunds and settles its own way, so we test part refunds and cancellations before launch.

Arabic

Bilingual means two store views

Arabic runs as a full store view, mirrored right to left through catalogue, checkout, account area, emails and documents. Product copy, attributes and search synonyms get Arabic too.

Delivery

Addresses, couriers and cash on delivery

UAE addresses run on emirate, area and building, not postcodes, with Makani numbers useful in Dubai. We add your couriers, cash-on-delivery rules and returns that match the credit note.

/ Industries

Where we go deep in the Emirates.

/ Questions, answered

Adobe Commerce in the UAE, answered.

Where is your UAE office?

In Dubai, our UAE regional centre, with a second office in Abu Dhabi and a Gulf line on +971 54 737 4253. Your team keeps UAE working hours and comes on site for workshops and go-live. Start at our UAE contact page or global presence page.

Is Brainvire an Adobe Commerce partner in Dubai?

Yes. Brainvire is an Adobe Solution Partner with an Adobe Commerce specialisation, and that accreditation covers every UAE build. You meet the certified architects and developers on your project in scoping, and they stay through go-live.

What Adobe Commerce work can we see?

Start with the case cards on this page. Rev-A-Shelf moved from Magento to Adobe Commerce and converts 5.4X better, a UAE holding group runs 10 countries on one Magento estate, and 2XL Home lifted conversion 31.78%. Each card opens the case.

How will Adobe Commerce handle UAE e-invoicing?

By feeding the system that issues the invoice, usually your ERP. Adobe Commerce captures the buyer’s TRN, line-level tax treatment, legal entity and address as PINT AE expects, and your Accredited Service Provider carries it onward. A pilot runs in 2026, with mandatory waves from 2027.

Which payment methods can we take in the UAE?

Cards through a regional acquirer, most often Network International or Telr, plus the international card brands, the domestic scheme and mobile wallets. Tabby and Tamara add instalments. Each runs as its own payment method, reconciled to its orders, with part refunds tested before launch.

Adobe Commerce or Magento Open Source: which do we need?

Adobe Commerce earns its licence when you run trade accounts, several brands or several markets on one catalogue. For a single-brand consumer store, Magento Open Source is usually the better buy. Where neither fits, our UAE Shopify practice takes over.

How long does a build take, and what drives the cost?

Scope sets both. A small implementation runs 8 to 12 weeks, a mid-market build 12 to 24, an enterprise programme 6 to 12 months. Cost moves with storefronts, languages, integrations, data to migrate, custom work and hosting tier. Discovery ends with a budget envelope you can hold us to before any code is written.

Can you migrate us from Magento 1 or Magento 2?

Yes, and most UAE projects start there. Catalogue, customers, orders, URLs and rankings move in rehearsed runs, each with a rollback point, and nothing cuts over until totals agree with your finance system. Rev-A-Shelf’s staged move shows the method.

Do you build Arabic and English on one store?

Yes. Arabic runs as a full store view on the same Adobe Commerce catalogue, mirrored right to left through checkout, account pages, email and printed documents. Meetings, documentation and support run in English, with the Arabic interfaces and content built alongside.

Can Adobe Commerce sit in front of our Odoo or SAP ERP?

Yes, and for most trading businesses it should. Stock, pricing and invoicing stay in the ERP; Adobe Commerce runs the storefront and trade accounts. The UAE holding group on this page runs Magento with SAP, and our UAE Odoo team builds the Odoo side.

Bring us the awkward question.

Thirty minutes with a Brainvire commerce architect, by call or in Dubai: whether Adobe Commerce earns its licence for you, how a move off Magento would run, and where e-invoicing fits. A senior architect replies within one business day.
