/ About the client

Game Exchange of ColoradoGame Exchange of Colorado

Game Exchange of Colorado is a family-owned recreation and amusement equipment company with more than 30 years of industry experience, serving both residential and commercial customers. Its offerings include new and used arcade games, pinball machines, pool tables, air hockey, foosball, redemption games, vending machines, and replacement parts, from a 12,000 sq. ft. Denver showroom with nationwide shipping.

Despite decades of expertise built offline, the company's digital presence hadn't caught up, leaving qualified traffic and sales on the table. Brainvire's scope spanned technical SEO, category-page optimization, pillar-cluster content, local SEO, and Google Ads and Meta Ads management across Search, Display, Facebook, and Instagram, turning offline trust into online impact.

/ The approach

Turning offline authority into a search-first foundation.

/01Categorization

Category pages as landing pages

We treated key category pages as strong organic landing pages, with unique content and on-page optimization tuned to real commercial search intent.

/02Clustering

Connected authority

We connected high-value pages with supporting cluster content to expand keyword coverage and build search authority around each topic.

/03Automation

AI-driven workflows

We applied AI-driven insights and automation across SEO workflows to support scalable, repeatable organic growth.

/04Integration

One growth engine

We combined technical SEO, content strategy, local SEO, and paid marketing insights across every growth channel.

/ What stood in the way

Four hurdles between Game Exchange and page one.

Select a challenge to see how it shaped the strategy.

/01 Limited organic authority
/02 Forum-dominated search results
/03 Brand-compliance risk
/04 Limited category coverage

Limited organic authority

Despite 30+ years of experience, limited organic authority made competing for broad, high-volume keywords difficult against decades-old domains. Rather than chase those terms head-on, we identified niche, high-intent searches closely aligned with the products and commercial offerings, building topical authority faster and creating a foundation to take on broader terms over time.

Forum-dominated search results

Arcade and amusement searches were dominated by forums and community discussions, not commercial competitors, so generic promotional content struggled to rank. We developed unique, experience-driven content reflecting real industry knowledge and buying guidance, answering the same questions forums do but with brand authority behind it, positioning the company as a trusted resource for buyers.

Brand-compliance risk

Several products carried copyrighted characters, artwork, or brand IP, creating real risk in promotional imagery. We took a compliance-first creative approach, avoiding imagery where usage rights were unclear, applying disclaimers where appropriate, and excluding questionable assets from the feed, keeping advertising cleaner and more compliant while accurately representing what was advertised.

Limited category coverage

Limited dedicated categories restricted targeting of valuable commercial search intents beyond core products. We introduced pillar-cluster content targeting additional commercial use cases, shopping malls, cafes, and arcade zones, expanding the keyword footprint and topical authority, and opening high-intent organic traffic from commercial audiences beyond conventional product searches.
