Brainers has created a cutting-edge ticket analysis solution on the Microsoft platform, establishing themselves as a recognized and trusted Microsoft partner. This innovative application automates the client's service delivery processes and offers detailed insights into analyzed tickets, including associated issues. The application ensures clients are promptly informed about resolved tickets and customer feedback. Our team at Brainers meticulously crafted this application to efficiently route tickets to the appropriate team and individual responsible for addressing and resolving them. In addition, a tailored dashboard delivers an in-depth report and analysis encompassing all tickets, teams, and completed tasks, providing the client with a holistic view of their operations.
Synchronized Data Integration:
The biggest challenge was to align tickets raised from multiple sources at any time.
Brainers examined the nature of their streams and proposed using Power Query and Power Pivot. Brainers chose these tools because Power Query offered an enriched experience of importing data while Power Pivot has excellent potential to shape this data effectively. We integrated these tools with multiple sources to track each piece of information and tickets raised for the client. Alongside this, all this data was stored in an organized format at a single location.
