/ The Singapore engagement

How we deliver for Singapore.

Our published CRM record is global. What a Singapore engagement adds is specific: a decision about which region your org holds customer data in, consent written into the object model rather than bolted on, admin cover inside your own working day, and a CRM wired to the Odoo and commerce systems Singapore groups already run.

Design authority

The org is designed in the room, at Cantonment Road

Object model, sharing rules, record types and the profiles that decide who sees which customer are settled in workshops led from our Singapore office. That matters more than it sounds: the sharing model is the single decision hardest to unwind once two years of pipeline data sit on top of it.

Residency

Where your org holds customer data

A Salesforce org is provisioned into an instance in a particular region, and that choice is not yours to change later. We settle it with you at licensing, document which data classes stay in your own systems behind an integration layer instead, and hand your architecture reviewers a written data-flow map before the first record is loaded.

Consent

PDPA written into the object model

Consent capture on web-to-lead forms, lawful-basis fields on the contact record, retention rules that expire marketing lists on schedule, and explicit permission sets governing which offshore team members can open a Singapore customer record. Designed into the build, not documented after it.

Administration

Admin cover on your clock, and a handover

Named administrator cover across your working day for user management, sandbox refreshes and release windows, plus a documented handover so an in-house Singapore admin can take the org whenever you want it back. Taking over an existing org is a normal way for us to start.

Integration

Wired into the Odoo and commerce stack you already run

Singapore groups rarely start from a blank CRM: there is usually an Odoo ERP, a Magento or Adobe Commerce storefront and a telephony system already in place. We have built exactly that shape, including a bi-directional Salesforce to Odoo integration for vendor and purchase-order data on the Tent And Table engagement.

Commercials

GST clear invoicing

Engagements quoted in prioritised buckets with agreed hours, itemised for your finance team, with GST treatment stated plainly on every invoice.

Org region, sandbox data masking and consent capture configured for PDPA.

/ Straight answers

Salesforce in Singapore.

Do you have a Singapore Salesforce client we can look at?

Not a published one. Our documented Singapore engagements are Odoo ERP, Magento and Adobe Commerce and Power BI work, and they are all on our Singapore case studies page. Our Salesforce record, including the Tent And Table multi-cloud programme, is global. We would rather you knew that before a first call than discovered it in a reference check.

Which region will our Salesforce org actually hold customer data in?

That is fixed when the org is provisioned and it is not simple to move afterwards, so we settle it with you before licences are bought. We also decide which data classes never enter Salesforce at all and stay in your own systems behind an integration layer. You get a written data-flow map naming every store and every cross-border hop, which is usually what an architecture or risk reviewer asks for first.

How does PDPA change the way the org is built?

It changes the object model, not just the paperwork. Consent is captured as a field on the record with its source and timestamp, lawful basis is visible to the user working the lead, retention rules expire marketing lists on a schedule rather than on request, and permission sets state exactly which offshore team members can open a Singapore customer record. Building that in at design time costs days; retrofitting it costs a release cycle.

Can you connect Salesforce to the Odoo ERP and storefront we already run?

Yes, and it is the common Singapore shape rather than an edge case. On the Tent And Table engagement we built a bi-directional Salesforce to Odoo ERP integration for vendor and purchase-order data, integrated the quoting system with Magento for checkout, and brought telephony inside Salesforce. Odoo is the platform behind most of our documented Singapore work, so both sides of that integration are familiar ground.

We already have an org and only need an administrator. Will you take it on?

Yes. We take on existing orgs, starting with a health check on the sharing model, technical debt in Apex and flows, unused licences and the release process. Cover is named and scheduled across your working day, and the handover pack is written from day one so an in-house Singapore administrator can take the org back whenever you want it.

How do you move us off our current CRM without losing trading days?

History and data integrity come across, the cutover is rehearsed against a full data set before it is real, and it runs outside your trading hours. Weekend cutovers are normal for retail and trading businesses. We have run this in the other direction too, migrating a client off SuiteCRM and Zendesk into Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, so we know which records break first.

Is Einstein AI worth switching on, or is it a licence upsell?

It depends entirely on how much of your own pipeline and case history the org already holds, because that is what the scoring learns from. On a thin org it predicts noise. We switch on case management, forecasting and lead scoring where the data supports them and leave the rest off, which is how it was scoped on Tent And Table.
