Every platform your users are on.

Eight practices behind one accountable engagement, from the first user interview to the release you ship two years from now. One named owner, working your hours.

/ AI inside

AI shipped inside the app, not bolted on.

The hearing evaluator on this page grades a hearing test with AI on the device. That is the standard: intelligence doing work a user can feel, rather than a chat window in the corner.

Discovery

Copilots inside the build

Engineers pair with AI copilots for Swift, Kotlin and cross-platform code, which shortens build and test cycles rather than replacing review.

Automation

Agents inside the app

Agents take the repetitive steps off the user: onboarding checks, document capture, notifications and first-line support triage.

Intelligence

Models that run on the handset

Core ML and ML Kit models personalise, score and recommend without a round trip to the cloud, which matters on a patchy commuter connection.

Assurance

QA and security, machine assisted

Generated test suites, automated code review and crash-anomaly detection are wired into every release train, not run once before launch.

/ Launching into Thailand

What a Thai release day looks like.

Building the app is the part everyone plans for. Getting it live, paid for and supported in this market is the part that slips.

Release

Store dates planned around your launch

Submission windows are set against the launch date you have already announced, with App Store review and a staged Google Play rollout scheduled ahead of it, and the calendar built around the Thai working week and the public holidays your campaign runs around.

Payments

The checkout Thai users expect in an app

Card, wallet and bank transfer options are chosen against what your own data shows people reaching for here, PromptPay included, then tested end to end into the systems the order has to reach after the tap. Cash on delivery is still a live requirement and it changes the refund path. LINE Official Account login, notifications and support hand-off.

Devices

Tested on the handsets people here carry

The device matrix comes from your analytics rather than a generic lab list, and every screen is exercised on throttled and intermittent connections, so the app holds together on the BTS, in a lift or in a car park and not only on office wifi.

After launch

Watched once the badge is live

Crash triage, store listing work and release management continue on an agreed cadence with the support window overlapping the Thai working day, and each annual iOS and Android release is tested against beta builds before your users receive it. 95% of clients stay with us afterwards.

/ How we deliver

How an app build runs.

One named owner end to end, a working build at every stage, and review slots that sit inside the Thai working day.

01020304
Step 01

Discovery and product shape

Users, journeys and constraints are worked through in sessions run on Thai hours, before a screen is designed.

Step 02

Design and build

The app takes shape in two-week increments and you use a running build at the end of each one, not a slide about it.

Step 03

Store release

Submission, staged rollout and analytics go live together, with a rollback path and crash monitoring already watching.

Step 04

Run and grow

Store listing work, crash triage and the next features continue on a visible roadmap you can hold us to.

/ Questions, answered

App development in Thailand, in plain terms.

Do you have an office in Thailand?

No. Brainvire has no Bangkok office, and we would rather say that than imply otherwise. Delivery is remote from our engineering centres, with workshops, demos and release reviews scheduled inside Thai working hours and one named owner you can reach for the life of the engagement. Our nearest office is Singapore.

Have you built an app for a business in Southeast Asia?

Yes, in Singapore rather than Thailand, and we will not blur the two. Little Farms, the organic grocery retailer, runs an Android picker app we built that made order picking 30% faster, cut order errors by 40% to 50% and took paper out of the process. The other apps on this page ran in the United States and the Gulf, and each card says so.

Which platforms do you build on?

Native Swift and SwiftUI for iOS, Kotlin for Android, and React Native or Flutter when both stores have to be covered by one codebase. The choice is made against your release plan, your budget and how much of the app has to touch the hardware. A native build is the honest answer for anything doing real work with audio, location or the camera, which is why the hearing evaluator on this page is native on both platforms.

Can the app run in Thai, and handle Thai dates and formats?

Yes. Thai language, Buddhist era dates, baht formatting and Thai address structure are handled in the build rather than patched afterwards. The part that takes real work is the copy itself: Thai interface text is longer than English, so the layouts are designed against translated strings rather than English placeholders.

What about Thai payment rails inside the app?

PromptPay sits behind most local card and wallet gateways, and cash on delivery is still a live requirement for many businesses here. We scope the payment and fulfilment layer against the rails you actually use, then test the refund and reconciliation path before launch, because that is where cash on delivery usually hurts.

What does the Personal Data Protection Act mean for an app?

Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act has been in force since June 2022, and an app collects more than a website does: location, contacts, notifications, device identifiers. We map every field the app captures, agree what is kept and for how long, put the consent screens into the design rather than after it, and match that to the App Store and Google Play privacy declarations you have to file.

Who owns the code and the store accounts?

You do. The repository, the build pipeline and the App Store and Google Play accounts are yours, in your organisation’s name, from the first commit. We work inside them. Nothing about the handover depends on us staying, which is a reasonable thing to insist on when your engineering partner is in another country.

How long does an app take, and what will it cost?

A focused first release is measured in weeks; a multi-app programme with an ERP behind it, like the field sales build on this page, in months. What drives it is how much has to integrate, how much is genuinely new, and how fast your side can decide. Design, build and run costs go side by side, scoped in prioritised buckets with agreed hours, so finance sees the two-year shape before the first sprint starts.

Do you work in Thai?

We work in English. Calls, documentation and support for Thailand are delivered in English by our Singapore team.

/ Next step

Thirty minutes on what your app ships first.

One working session with a Brainvire mobile architect: the smallest release that proves the idea, the platform choice behind it, and what has to integrate before launch. No sales deck, no follow-up sequence.
