/ The hard part

The app is not the project.

Anyone can ship a screen. The work that decides whether a rollout survives contact with a rider, a driver or a rep is the connection to the system of record, and what the app does when that connection is gone.

Offline

Works where coverage does not

Orders, forms and proof of delivery are captured locally and queued, then reconciled on reconnection with the conflicts resolved by rules you agreed, not by whoever synced last.

Integration

One system of record

SAP on Zafco, MAS-200 on the field ordering build, a dealer system on the Alghanim app. The field app reads and writes the real record rather than a copy of it.

Identity

Who did what, and where

Check in and check out, GPS trails and QR verified visits, so a completed job is evidence rather than an assertion.

Devices

Shared handsets, real conditions

Built for a device handed between shifts on a hot day with a fading battery, not for a reviewer’s new phone on office wifi.

Security

Encrypted where it matters

Signatures, delivery photos and customer records encrypted in transit and at rest, as on the Insomnia Cookies driver app.

AI

AI on the route, not on the slide

Proximity based assignment, exception detection and demand forecasting, measured against what dispatch did before.

/ What we build

The mobility layer, end to end.

Apps, integration, device management and the operations work that keeps a rollout alive after week one.

/01

Field sales and ordering apps

Route plans, visit verification and ordering against live stock, so a rep quotes a real price on a real availability.

AI route and visit prioritisation
/02

Driver and delivery apps

Dispatch, navigation, proof of delivery and cash on delivery reconciliation, which still matters on a large share of Thai orders.

AI proximity assignment
/03

Warehouse and inventory apps

Barcode and QR scanning for receiving, picking and stock counts, writing straight into the ERP rather than a spreadsheet.

AI exception detection
/04

Field service and maintenance

Job assignment, checklists, parts and signature capture for engineers working in places with no reliable coverage.

AI fault triage
/05

ERP and CRM integration

SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, Magento or a bespoke system, joined with one owner agreed per field before a line is written.

AI-mapped API integration
/06

Offline first architecture

Local storage, queues and conflict rules designed at the start, because retrofitting offline behaviour is close to a rewrite.

AI conflict resolution scoring
/07

Device and access management

Enrolment, policy, remote wipe and shift based sign in for shared handsets, plus the reporting your auditor will ask for.

AI anomaly alerts on device use
/08

Rollout and support

Pilot, train, roll out by region, then support in your hours, because a mobility programme is judged in month three.

/ How we deliver

Brief to a live rollout.

Four stages, a named owner, and a pilot with real crews before anyone talks about a national rollout.

01020304
Stage 01

Ride along and map the record

We follow the job as it is done today and agree which system owns each field, because that decision shapes everything after it.

Stage 02

Build the app and the bridge

App and integration are built together, with offline behaviour designed in from the first sprint rather than added later.

Stage 03

Pilot with real crews

One depot, one route, real devices and real coverage gaps, then fix what the pilot finds before the rollout is scheduled.

Stage 04

Roll out and support

Region by region with training and a support window on your hours, and the adoption numbers watched rather than assumed.

Cadence

Your working day, not ours

Stand-ups, pilot reviews and release windows are scheduled to Indochina Time, with 1,000+ engineers behind the delivery lead who fronts your programme. There is no Bangkok office; there is a team that keeps your hours.

On the ground

Ride alongs are not remote

The one part of this work that cannot be done from a call is watching the job get done. We plan and price travel for the ride alongs and the pilot openly, rather than folding it into a rate.

Conditions

Tested on your network, not ours

Coverage gaps, hot devices, fading batteries and Thai addresses down to subdistrict level are part of the test plan rather than a surprise in week three.

Honestly

Four published builds, none of them Thai

We have no Thai mobility case. What we have is a field application running against live SAP for 1,600 salespeople, an offline first ordering build, a driver app for a recognised brand, and a preference for saying that plainly.

/ Questions, answered

Thailand buyers ask us.

Do you have an enterprise mobility client in Thailand?

No. Our published mobility record is global: Zafco in the United Arab Emirates, a field ordering build whose case does not state its region, the Insomnia Cookies driver application in the United States, and a cash-in-transit operator in India. None of them is Thai and we will not present any of them as local work. Our documented delivery for groups trading in Thailand is Odoo, Magento and Adobe Commerce, on our Odoo ERP in Thailand and retail technology in Thailand pages.

Do you have an office in Thailand?

No. Brainvire delivers to Thailand remotely from offices in the United States, the United Arab Emirates, India and the wider region. Indochina Time overlaps a full working day with our delivery centres, so pilot reviews and rollout planning happen inside your working hours. A mobility pilot does need people on the ground for the ride alongs, and we plan and price that travel openly rather than hiding it in a day rate.

What actually breaks a mobility rollout?

Not the app. Three things break rollouts: the integration was a nightly export rather than a live record, so the rep quotes stock that is already sold; offline was treated as a feature rather than an architecture, so the queue corrupts the first time two people edit the same job; and nobody rode along before the build, so the app models the process on the slide rather than the process on the road. We attack all three before the first sprint.

Can it work with no mobile coverage?

Yes, and that is a design decision made on day one. Orders, forms, photos and signatures are written to local storage and queued, and the queue reconciles on reconnection under conflict rules you agreed rather than by last write wins. The field ordering build in the band above does exactly this. Retrofitting offline behaviour into an online-first app is close to a rewrite, which is why it is never a phase two.

Which systems can the app write into?

The one you already run. Zafco writes against live SAP inventory. The field ordering build integrates MAS-200 with Magento 2 APIs. The Alghanim Cadillac application reads live from a dealer management system. We also connect Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics and bespoke systems. The first artefact of any engagement is a field ownership map: which system owns each value, and what happens when two disagree.

Do you build native, or cross platform?

Both, decided by the job rather than by preference. Cross platform with React Native or Flutter suits most field applications and halves the ongoing cost of two codebases. Native earns its keep when you are pushing hard on camera, scanning, background location or battery, which is common on a driver app running a full shift. We tell you which, and why, at scoping.

How do you handle shared and rugged devices?

Shift based sign in so a handset passing between crews does not carry the last person’s session, enrolment and policy through mobile device management, remote wipe for a lost device, and battery behaviour tested against a full shift rather than a demo. Rugged scanners and printers are integrated where the job needs them, and we test on the exact model you are buying rather than on a similar one.

What does the Personal Data Protection Act mean for a field app?

It applies to your own staff as well as your customers, which surprises people. Location trails, photographs and signatures are all personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act. We set collection to purpose, keep tracking to working hours where the purpose allows, define retention per data type, and build the export and deletion routes a request needs. Where data leaves the country, that path is documented at design time rather than at security review.

How long before a rollout shows anything?

A pilot with real crews is the first honest signal, and it comes well before a national rollout. It runs on one depot or one route with the actual devices and the actual coverage gaps, and it is allowed to fail there rather than in front of a thousand users. What a pilot proves is adoption, not features: whether the crew reaches for the app when they are tired and behind schedule.

Do you work in Thai?

We work in English. Calls, documentation and support for Thailand are delivered in English by our Singapore team.
