Custom generative AI applications
Production applications built on your data and wired into the tools your teams already use daily. A running system with an owner, not a demo that impresses once.
One page from a senior architect, within two business days. The single highest-payback AI move in your Odoo, Adobe or custom stack, and the two things to leave alone. Yours to keep.
One page from a senior architect in two business days: your highest-payback AI move, and what to leave alone.
We take generative AI past the demo, into agents that process documents and answer customers — delivered from our Singapore office on Thai working hours (UTC+7), with calls and demos on Bangkok time.
/ What we build
Production generative AI for a market where most business content is in Thai and most compliance conversations start with the Personal Data Protection Act: copilots, agents and retrieval systems built on your data, wired into working systems, and governed for scrutiny.
Production applications built on your data and wired into the tools your teams already use daily. A running system with an owner, not a demo that impresses once.
Task specific copilots and agentic workflows for support, operations and knowledge work, with guardrails your compliance team can stand behind. American Lighting runs one of ours over its purchase orders.
Retrieval augmented generation across your documents and databases. Thai text is segmented before it is chunked and indexed, because Thai is written without spaces between words and a naive splitter breaks it.
Model choice, fine tuning and multi model orchestration balanced across accuracy, latency, cost and where your data is allowed to travel. The answer changes per use case and we measure rather than guess.
Generative pipelines for marketing, product and back office document flows, handling Thai and English in the same queue, including Buddhist Era dates and thirteen digit national ID numbers.
Evaluation, security and model governance shaped for regulated buyers: what the model was grounded on, what it never saw, and which actions stay behind a human decision.

Brainvire has no office in Thailand and delivers remotely. Generative AI raises one question no other service on this site raises: what leaves the country. Prompts, retrieved documents, embeddings and fine-tuning data are all copies of your information, and each of them travels unless the architecture stops it.
Prompt, retrieval and log data scoped against PDPA (B.E. 2562), residency agreed before build.
Before anything is written we agree the data map with you: which corpora the model may read, which fields never leave your systems, and who in your organisation signs that off. The session runs on Bangkok hours, with 1,000+ engineers across ten or more offices behind it.
A prompt is a copy of your data and an embedding is a derivative of it. We choose the inference endpoint and the vector store deliberately, favour in region deployment where residency matters, and document every call that crosses a border so your reviewers read a diagram rather than guess.
Generative work on the OpenAI partnership, data and lakehouse engineering on the Databricks partnership, one accountable team across both.
You get the model and version in use, what it was grounded on, what it was never trained on, evaluation results before and after each change, and the list of actions kept behind a human decision. Obligations under the Personal Data Protection Act are met on the training data, not only on the answers.
/ Questions, answered
No. Our published generative AI record is two builds, both outside Thailand: the Okapi text to image application on Stability Diffusion, and the agentic purchase order pipeline for American Lighting that moved from about 250 orders a day to between 400 and 1,000. We will not present either as local work. Our documented delivery for groups trading in Thailand is Odoo, Magento and Adobe Commerce, on our Odoo ERP in Thailand and Magento development in Thailand pages.
No. Brainvire has offices in the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore and India, and delivers to Thailand remotely. Indochina Time overlaps a full working day with our delivery centres, so evaluation walkthroughs and design sessions are held inside your own working hours rather than after them. If you want people in Bangkok for a workshop we will plan and price the travel.
Only if the architecture lets them, which is a choice rather than a given. Enterprise inference endpoints and in region cloud deployment can keep retrieval stores, embeddings and inference near your users, in a Thailand region where your provider has opened one and the nearest alternative where it has not. We write down every call that crosses a border, including the ones reviewers do not think to ask about, such as the embedding step and the evaluation harness. Where a use case genuinely cannot be served in region we say so at design time, not at security review.
Training data carries a separate obligation from the answers the system gives. We identify which personal data sits in the corpus, minimise or de-identify it before it reaches a model where the use case allows, keep a record of what was excluded and why, and prefer retrieval over a governed store to tuning on customer records. A model that has memorised personal data cannot be made to forget it on request, which is why that decision is taken first.
Yes, with engineering rather than a language setting. Thai is written without spaces between words, so segmentation has to happen before text is chunked for retrieval, indexed or matched. A splitter tuned for English will cut Thai mid-word and quietly wreck retrieval quality. Business documents also carry Buddhist Era dates, Thai address formats and thirteen digit national ID numbers, and mixed Thai and English inside one record is normal. We handle all of that at the pipeline layer and test it on your own documents.
Retrieval grounding first, so answers come from your content with the source attached and a plain refusal when the content is not there. Then evaluation suites that measure accuracy on your own questions before and after every change, so a model swap is a measured decision rather than a hunch. Then a person in the loop for anything that moves money, data or a customer commitment. On the American Lighting pipeline that last part is explicit: routine orders flow straight through, partial mappings continue with flagged gaps, and genuine failures route to a human.
Both, chosen per use case against accuracy, latency, cost and where the data is allowed to travel. Brainvire is an OpenAI partner and also builds on Claude, on open models and, for image generation, on Stability Diffusion, with the data and lakehouse layer on our Databricks partnership.
Systems are built model agnostic wherever practical, with the prompt layer, the retrieval layer and the evaluation suite kept separate from the model itself. When a newer model appears it is run against your own benchmark before anything switches, so adoption is a measured decision rather than a reaction to a launch. Residency is re-checked at the same time, because a new model often means a new endpoint in a new region. The switch itself rides the release pipeline our DevOps team sets up.
We work in English. Calls, documentation and support for Thailand are delivered in English by our Singapore team.
