/ Power BI for Thailand · delivered from our Singapore office on Thai hours
Dashboards on a modelled warehouse, not spreadsheet exports, delivered from our Singapore office on Thai working hours (UTC+7), with calls and demos on Bangkok time.
/ The BI practice
Business intelligence is the dashboard, the model beneath it and the pipeline that feeds it, run as one governed system rather than a folder of reports and a monthly export.
Governed dashboards for sales, operations and finance, designed so the Monday trading meeting runs off one screen rather than four spreadsheets that disagree.
Semantic models with row level security put every team on the same definitions, so two departments stop bringing two different revenue figures to the same meeting.
SSIS and Azure Data Factory pipelines pull point of sale, CRM, ERP and marketing data into one clean warehouse on a refresh schedule the business can trust.
Ageing SSIS jobs and hand run exports become monitored pipelines with data quality checks, so month end stops depending on one person’s laptop and one person’s memory.
A short plan for sources, ownership and the numbers that matter, agreed with your team before a single licence or day of build is paid for.
Predictive models on top of the warehouse turn trading history into demand, revenue and risk forecasts, with an alert the moment a metric moves out of range.
Reports embedded in the portals and apps your teams already use, so the number reaches the decision instead of waiting in a workspace nobody opens.
Documentation, training and refresh monitoring hand the platform to your own analysts, with our engineers behind them on Bangkok hours.

None of them is a Power BI build. Microsoft credentials for this market are on our Microsoft partner page for Thailand, the Power Platform side is on Power Apps in Thailand, and the wider record is on our Thailand case studies page.
Both sit on our main case studies page and both link straight to the full story. They are integration and platform programmes rather than dashboard builds, and they are here because that is where the numbers a report shows actually come from.
/ What we build
One accountable team covers dashboards, semantic models, pipelines, cubes, warehousing, data strategy, forecasting and embedded reporting. Buying four of those from four suppliers is how reporting projects stall.
Interactive, governed dashboards and paginated reports your leadership actually opens, iterated in sessions on Bangkok hours until the numbers are right.
AI forecasting & Q&ASemantic models and row level security, so every report answers from the same definitions and finance stops re keying the board pack.
AI data classificationPipelines that pull point of sale, CRM, ERP and marketing data into one clean warehouse, and ageing SSIS packages rebuilt into monitored jobs.
AI data-quality & reconciliationMultidimensional and tabular models for fast, sliceable analysis, with measures and hierarchies your own analysts can extend without us.
AI-assisted model designWarehouse architecture on SQL Server and Microsoft Fabric, sized to what your data actually is rather than to a licence tier.
AI schema & partition tuningSources, ownership, definitions and access mapped before the build, so the platform earns trust on its first refresh rather than losing it.
Data roadmapForecasting, segmentation and scoring on top of the warehouse, turning trading history into decisions for the quarter ahead.
AI forecasting & propensity modelsReporting embedded in your own apps and portals, including Thai and English labelling, so the number travels with the team.
AI anomaly alerts on the go/ How we deliver
Source systems to a governed dashboard on a predictable path: one named owner, a working report at every stage, and every ceremony inside Bangkok office hours.
We agree the handful of numbers that matter, audit every source system that feeds them, and settle the Personal Data Protection Act and residency questions before any build.
The warehouse and semantic model go up, with pipelines built and tested against your live sources rather than against a sample extract that behaves.
Reports iterate in sessions you attend until the numbers match what finance signs off, then roll out with row level security so each team sees only its own.
Refresh monitoring, usage tracking and training hand the platform to your analysts, with our engineers behind them and the pipeline itself run by our DevOps practice for Thailand.
/ The BI stack
Power BI, SSIS, SSAS and SQL Server, with Microsoft Fabric and Azure data services, placed in the region your own policy requires.
Interactive dashboards, paginated reports and natural language questions, built by a Microsoft Solutions Partner with 14+ years on the Microsoft stack.
Pipelines that pull point of sale, CRM, ERP and marketing data into one clean warehouse, with quality checks and reconciliation as the data moves.
Multidimensional and tabular models for fast, sliceable analysis, with measures and hierarchies your analysts can extend themselves.
Warehouse architecture on SQL Server and Microsoft Fabric for reporting at scale, on one engineering standard rather than four team habits.
Secure pipelines, storage and compute on Azure, in a Thailand region where it exists and the nearest regional one otherwise.
Forecasting, anomaly detection and written summaries on top of the stack, so a report answers the question instead of raising four more. That work runs through our AI practice.
/ Accelerators
Semantic models, pipeline patterns and data quality tooling from earlier programmes arrive packaged, so your first governed dashboards stand up in weeks rather than in a fiscal year.
A semantic model and dashboard library stood up on your own data, with natural language questions and written summaries from the first release.
A governed warehouse with reusable pipeline patterns and data quality checks running against your own source systems, not a sample.

/ Working with us from Thailand
Brainvire has no office in Thailand. Delivery is remote, from ten or more offices, and we would rather write that here than imply a Bangkok address we do not hold.
Indochina Time gives a full working day of overlap with our delivery centres. Definitions, thresholds and access rules are argued out with your team live, because a reporting project fails on the day two people disagree about what revenue means and nobody writes the answer down. Your named delivery owner is reachable inside your own hours.
The warehouse, the pipelines and the Power BI capacity are three separate placement decisions, and buyers usually only ask about the first. Each is put in a Thailand region where your provider runs one and the nearest regional one otherwise, and the architecture note names all three so a risk review reads one document.
A sales report with a customer name in it is personal data, and row level security is not a lawful basis on its own. We record why each personal field is in the model during discovery, drop the ones the report does not need, and set retention on the warehouse tables rather than leaving history to accumulate forever because storage is cheap. Dataset region, row-level security and retention documented for Thailand PDPA (B.E. 2562).
Dashboards draw from the ERP, commerce and marketing systems your business already operates, which for many of our clients means Odoo or Adobe Commerce. Where a workflow app has to sit alongside the reporting, that runs through our Power Apps practice for Thailand. Thai and English field labels are handled in the model, not left to whoever opens the report.
/ Questions, answered
Yes, remotely. Brainvire has offices in the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore and India, with 1,000+ engineers behind them, and no office in Thailand. Indochina Time overlaps a full working day with our delivery centres, so dashboard walkthroughs and sign off happen inside your own office hours rather than landing in your inbox overnight. If you want people in a room in Bangkok for a definitions workshop, say so at scoping and we will plan the travel rather than pretend it is not travel.
No. The nearest engagement to Thailand is a Singapore one: a Singapore based ecommerce retailer carrying over 13,000 products from 400 brands, for whom we do custom Power BI report development on an extract, load and transform framework. We announced that engagement rather than published a results case study, and no outcome figures have been released, so this page claims none for it and does not show it as a results card. The proof band on this page is drawn from our global case studies instead, and the delivered work we can show numbers for is in the United States.
Four to eight weeks is the working range for our Power BI accelerator, which stands up a semantic model and a dashboard library on your data. The date is set in discovery, and what moves it is almost never the reporting. It is the state of the source systems and whether your teams already agree on what a metric means. Where they do not, agreeing that is the first deliverable, and it is worth the fortnight it takes.
Yes, and it is routine work for a team with 14+ years on the Microsoft stack. Ageing SSIS packages and hand run exports are rebuilt into monitored pipelines on SSIS or Azure Data Factory, with data quality checks and reconciliation added as the data moves. The test we hold ourselves to is simple: after handover, month end should not depend on one person being at their desk.
Wherever your policy requires, written down before the build starts. Azure lets you pin the warehouse, the pipelines and the Power BI capacity separately, and we use a Thailand region where Microsoft offers one for the service in question and the nearest regional one otherwise. You get an architecture note naming the region for each of those three, because they are three decisions and most requests for proposal only ask about one.
It applies to the warehouse as much as to the application that fed it. A customer name, a phone number or a national ID sitting in a fact table is personal data, and copying it into a reporting layer does not change that. During discovery we record why each personal field is in the model, remove the ones no report needs, apply row level security where a team must only see its own records, and set a retention period on the tables that hold history.
Not always, and we will say so. A first dashboard suite can run directly against your existing databases and exports, and for a single source system that is often the right way to prove value quickly. A warehouse earns its place when volume, history depth or the number of source systems makes direct connections fragile and slow. Discovery tells you which side of that line you are on, and we would rather you spent the money once.
Brainvire is a Microsoft Solutions Partner with 14+ years on the Microsoft stack, covering Power BI, SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, Fabric and Azure. Some older case pages on this site still carry the phrase Microsoft Gold Partner, a tier Microsoft retired in 2022. Solutions Partner is the current designation and the one to hold us to. Related Microsoft work for this market sits on our Power Apps page for Thailand.
We work in English. Calls, documentation and support for Thailand are delivered in English by our Singapore team.
