/ Retail technology for Thailand · delivered from our Singapore office on Thai hours
Retail systems for Thailand, proven across 12 countries.
POS, ERP, loyalty and ecommerce joined, delivered from our Singapore office on Thai working hours (UTC+7), with calls and demos on Bangkok time.
/ AI inside the retail stack
AI that moves stock and margin, not a demo.
Retail AI earns its place when it touches the catalogue, the warehouse and the till. These are the capabilities we fit into a retail build.
AI product data and merchandising
Models clean, enrich and categorise a catalogue at scale, so a new country launch is not held up by manual product data.
Demand and inventory forecasting
Forecasts by store, channel and market tell buyers what to move before a stockout reaches the shop floor.
AI search and recommendations
On-site search that reads intent, with recommendations trained on what shoppers in each market actually buy.
Pricing and promotion intelligence
Country-level pricing and promotion rules, tested against margin rather than set once and left alone.
Conversational customer service
Assistants answer order, returns and stock questions across web, app and chat, in the languages a market needs.
Store and till intelligence
Point of sale data feeds the same models as the website, so one view covers the shop and the storefront.
Supply chain and fulfilment
Routing, warehouse and third-party logistics data modelled together, so an order picks from the right place.
Decision-ready retail analytics
Power BI dashboards over ERP, commerce and till data, so a regional manager reads one number rather than four.

What is not on this page: a retailer headquartered in Thailand. The four cards above are global Brainvire engagements, shown because a launch into Thailand takes the shape of the multi-country rollouts they describe. The day a Thai head office signs, its case will sit here instead.
/ What we build
Commerce, ERP, marketplaces and growth. One team.
Five practices behind one accountable Thailand engagement. Each card opens its own Thailand page.
ERP and back office
Sales, purchasing, stock, invoicing and accounting on one Odoo backbone, the pattern behind three of the builds above.
AI-assisted invoicing and reconciliation Odoo Gold Partner /02Storefronts and marketplaces
Country storefronts, checkout and Shopee, Lazada and Amazon integration, planned as channels of one business.
AI search and content operations Ecommerce practice /03Magento and Adobe Commerce
Multi-website builds, version upgrades and module maintenance, so a Thai storefront ships as a configuration.
AI merchandising and catalogue enrichment Adobe Gold Solution Partner /04Point of sale and store systems
Odoo point of sale across shops and malls, offline tolerant, reconciled against the same stock the website reads.
AI demand forecasting per store Odoo Gold Partner /05Growth marketing

AI-assisted keyword and content operations SEO · Paid · CRO /06Everything we run for Thailand
The full Thailand practice in one place: platforms, partnerships, proof and how a remote engagement is staffed.
One named owner per engagement Thailand overview/ How we deliver
Four stages between a brief and a live storefront.
One named owner from start to finish, a demo at every stage, and review slots booked inside your own working day.
Discovery and architecture
Catalogue, stock, tax and channel rules are audited in workshops booked on Thailand hours, before a platform is chosen.
Design and build
The build takes shape integration first and upgrade safe, and you watch it grow demo by demo.
Integrate and launch
ERP, point of sale, payments and marketplaces are wired in, then launch runs with a rollback path and monitoring live.
Optimise and grow
After launch, performance, merchandising and AI work carry on against a visible roadmap, so trading keeps improving.
/ How we read this market
One market of a rollout is a real market.
Thailand rarely arrives as a standalone brief. It arrives as the fourth or fifth country in a rollout, and multi-country rollouts are exactly the shape of the work above.
Thailand comes fifth, not first
Every retail build we have that touches Thailand sits inside a multi-country rollout run from Singapore or across Asia Pacific. We plan a country as a configuration, not a rebuild.
One codebase, country by country
Currency, language, tax treatment and catalogue subset differ by market while the code and the admin stay single. That is how Puma Energy above runs 12 countries on one Odoo 18 platform.
Marketplaces sit inside the ERP
Shopee, Lazada and Amazon orders sync back into Odoo and stock updates flow the other way, so a marketplace is a channel rather than a second business. Lazada and Shopee synced to your catalogue in THB; Thai VAT 7% and e-Tax Invoice on POS documents; PDPA (B.E. 2562) on loyalty data.
No Thai head office on our client list
We have not yet run a retail programme for a company headquartered in Thailand. There is no Brainvire office in Thailand either. The nearest is Singapore, with 1,000+ engineers across 10+ offices behind it.

/ Questions, answered
Retail technology in Thailand, in plain terms.
Do you have a retail client based in Thailand?
Not one headquartered there, and we would rather say so on the page than in the first meeting. The four cards above are Brainvire flagship retail engagements from our global case library, chosen because they are multi-country rollouts of the shape a Thai launch takes. Brainvire has delivered retail programmes that trade into Thailand as one market of a wider rollout, and the day a Thai head office signs we will put that case here.
Do you have an office in Thailand?
No. Delivery is remote. The nearest Brainvire office is Singapore, and Thailand sits one and a half hours ahead of India, where most of our 1,000+ engineers work, so the working day overlaps almost end to end. Stand-ups, demos and go-live windows are booked on Thailand time, and one named owner takes your call rather than a queue.
Can one platform serve Thailand and the rest of South East Asia?
Yes, and that is the usual shape. Each country gets its own currency, language, tax treatment and catalogue subset while sharing one codebase and one admin. Puma Energy runs 12 countries that way on one Odoo 18 ERP and point of sale platform, with country specific fiscal localisation on a single codebase.
Can you connect Shopee, Lazada and our own stores to one stock figure?
Yes. For Trendz 360 Pte we integrated Shopee, Lazada and Amazon with Odoo, so marketplace orders sync back and inventory updates flow out from one place, alongside point of sale in 17+ retail stores across more than five shopping malls.
Odoo, Adobe Commerce or Magento for a retailer trading in Thailand?
It depends on where the pain sits. If stock, purchasing and accounting are the problem, Odoo carries the business and commerce hangs off it. If the storefront and merchandising are the problem, Adobe Commerce or Magento leads and the ERP integrates behind it. We have shipped all three shapes, and the recommendation comes out of a scoping session rather than a preference.
What does a first conversation actually cover?
Thirty minutes on your catalogue, your channels and the country rules you have to satisfy. You leave with a platform recommendation and the sequence we would build it in. No sales deck and no follow-up sequence.
Do you work in Thai?
We work in English. Calls, documentation and support for Thailand are delivered in English by our Singapore team.
