/ Working with us from Thailand
Brainvire has no office in Thailand. Delivery is remote, from ten or more offices, and we would rather say that plainly than imply a Bangkok address we do not have. What a Thai engagement adds is specific, and it is mostly decided in the first fortnight.
Object model, sharing rules, record types and the profiles that decide who sees which customer are settled in workshops you attend. That matters more than it sounds: the sharing model is the single decision hardest to unwind once two years of pipeline data sit on top of it.
A Salesforce org is provisioned into an instance in a particular region, and that choice is not simple to change later. We settle it with you at licensing, agree which data classes stay in your own systems behind an integration layer instead, and hand your reviewers a written data flow map before the first record is loaded.
Consent captured as a field on the record with its source and timestamp, lawful basis visible to the person working the lead, retention rules that expire marketing lists on a schedule, and permission sets stating exactly which offshore team members can open a Thai customer record. Designed in at build time, not documented afterwards. Org region, field-level encryption and consent capture documented for Thailand PDPA (B.E. 2562).
Named administrator cover across your working day for user management, sandbox refreshes and release windows, plus a documented handover so an in-house administrator in Bangkok can take the org back whenever you want it. Taking over an existing org is a normal way for us to start.
Few groups start from a blank CRM. There is usually an Odoo ERP, a Magento or Adobe Commerce storefront and a telephony system in place. We have built exactly that shape, including a bi-directional Salesforce to Odoo integration for vendor and purchase order data on the Tent And Table programme, and again on the CBS multi company build in Dubai.
Thai names, addresses and company records behave differently from English ones in search, deduplication and matching, because Thai is written without spaces between words. We set collation, search and duplicate rules for that at configuration rather than discovering it after go live, and the same thinking runs through our AI development work in Thailand.
/ Straight answers
No, and we will not dress up work from another market as local. Our Salesforce record is global: Sun and Sand Sports and Nike on Commerce Cloud, CBS on a Salesforce and Odoo multi company integration in Dubai, and the Tent And Table programme across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and Einstein. Our documented work for groups trading in Thailand is Odoo, Magento and Adobe Commerce, and it is on our Odoo ERP in Thailand and Magento development in Thailand pages. You should know that before a first call rather than in a reference check.
No. Brainvire has offices in the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore and India, and delivers to Thailand remotely. Indochina Time overlaps a full working day with our delivery centres, so the named owner on your account answers inside your own hours. If you want people in Bangkok for a discovery workshop we will plan the travel and price it, rather than pretending it is not travel.
That is fixed when the org is provisioned and it is not simple to move afterwards, so we settle it with you before licences are bought. We also decide which data classes never enter Salesforce at all and stay in your own systems behind an integration layer. You get a written data flow map naming every store and every cross border hop, which is usually the first thing an architecture or risk reviewer asks for.
It changes the object model, not just the paperwork. Consent is captured as a field on the record with its source and timestamp, lawful basis is visible to the person working the lead, retention rules expire marketing lists on a schedule rather than on request, and permission sets state exactly which offshore team members can open a Thai customer record. Building that in at design time costs days. Retrofitting it costs a release cycle.
Yes, and it is the common shape rather than an edge case. On the Tent And Table programme we built a bi-directional Salesforce to Odoo integration for vendor and purchase order data, integrated the quoting system with Magento for checkout, and brought telephony inside Salesforce. On CBS we ran Salesforce and Odoo as one multi company system for sales, invoicing and tax. Odoo is the platform behind most of our documented work in this region, so both sides of that integration are familiar ground.
Yes. We take on existing orgs, starting with a health check on the sharing model, technical debt in Apex and flows, unused licences and the release process. Cover is named and scheduled across your working day, and the handover pack is written from day one so an in-house administrator can take the org back whenever you want it.
History and data integrity come across, the cutover is rehearsed against a full data set before it is real, and it runs outside your trading hours. Weekend cutovers are normal for retail and trading businesses. We have run this exact move before, migrating a client off SuiteCRM and Zendesk into Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, so we know which records break first.
It depends entirely on how much of your own pipeline and case history the org already holds, because that is what the scoring learns from. On a thin org it predicts noise. We switch on case management, forecasting and lead scoring where the data supports them and leave the rest off. If you want models trained on your own operating data rather than CRM records, that is a different piece of work and it sits on our AI development in Thailand page.
Yes, with configuration. Salesforce supports Thai in the interface and on records, but Thai is written without spaces between words, so search, deduplication and fuzzy matching behave differently from English. Thai address formats and Buddhist Era dates also need handling on data entry and in reports. We set those rules during configuration, because finding them after go live means reworking data that users have already touched.
We work in English. Calls, documentation and support for Thailand are delivered in English by our Singapore team.
