Modules and payroll behavior follow the Odoo 18 documentation for the United States, one of Odoo’s fiscal localizations. The state sales tax and the county surtax that follows the delivery address are the Florida Department of Revenue’s. That surtax stops above a statutory ceiling on certain sales, which a plain percentage tax does not model, so settle it in design.
