About

We're backing a homeschooling pioneer in North America who has been in the business for over 20 years. They are a well-respected online institution that offers excellent education to students and their families. As an alternative to the regimented schedule of a conventional school, these homeschools give students the flexibility to study wherever and whenever they like, at their own pace.

Project Highlights

The company and its products are well-known in North America, but the corporation could have done more to increase website traffic, convert visitors into buyers, and enhance the user experience. This is when Brainvire comes into our picture. Our expert professionals determined that its website had somewhere in the neighborhood of six thousand pages, all of which were filled with the sort of dense, unappealing content that drives away visitors.

The Challenges

  • Less Conversion Rate:
Due to the high volume of pages, bounce rates were high, which led to low conversion rates.
  • Complicated UI:
Unresponsive UI with improper positioning of chat options. If you click the chat button after registering, a new window will open.
  • Bulky Menus:
Header menu had so many options and levels with vague, unclear titles.
  • Numerous Anonymous Pages:
There were many orphan pages and microsites which were not linked with any of the pages of menu items.

Result

  • User-Friendly Website

The enrolment in courses was increased, that paved the way for more revenue generation.
  • Quick Chatting Option

Parents could easily solve their queries and move ahead with the enrollment process.
  • Required Option in Sub Menus

Limited options minimized confusion amongst the users in terms of decision making.
  • Better Visibility

Already available pages and microsites benefitted from better visibility, providing interesting and helpful information to the users.
