We migrated the leasing arm supplier from a third-party ASP.NET platform to enhance their online presence through a robust B2C website utilizing Adobe’s commerce cloud. Focused on e-commerce development, they aimed to sell gun parts, accessories, and magazines across the USA and Canada. Features
Transitioning from ASP.NET to Adobe Commerce With ERP Integration
We successfully migrated the arm supplier’s website from ASP.NET to Adobe Commerce. Transitioning the vast data—including products, customers, orders, blogs, and forums—was intricate. Also, with Adobe-ERP integration, the team ensured a seamless transfer, collaborating closely with the client to maintain data integrity in Adobe Standard format.
Seamless Error-preventing Checkout
The checkout page error restricted shipping to certain locations. We developed a Hold Code feature, enabling order holds for client team verification. This automated system reduced manual checks, streamlining order verification and ensuring accurate processing.
Real-time FFL Verification Enhances Checkout
Enabled real-time verification for gun parts sales in the USA and Canada using Adobe Commerce, incorporating shipping restrictions by regions and pin codes. We validated FFL holders through ERP data, ensuring only approved addresses can buy restricted products, simplifying checkout.
Streamlining Order Split and Dual Tracking Management
Our experts helped the brand by ensuring that orders were not split on the checkout page but as two separate ones in the ERP system. We proposed post-order splitting, which implies that if a Reference Guidebook for buying the arm parts is included, the system auto-splits. This sends both orders to ERP and updates the customer’s account with separate details, visible in the ERP system and ‘My Orders’ section.
Enhanced Customer Experience and Controls
We added a Customer Dashboard section with product-specific configurations, restricting shipments to certain locations. Additionally, a Discussion Forum allows registered users to query about ammo. Administrators can block users or content for harmful or irrelevant remarks.
Digital Marketing services To Boost Sales and Visibility Effortlessly
Our digital team increased sales and visibility for the arm supplier with on-page content optimization backed by data and analytics, elevating search engine visibility. We optimized social media with industry-focused, creative content, targeting the firearm enthusiast. Additionally, we organized FAQs and adjusted the conversion page, boosting user experience and increasing checkout conversions.
