The Times Of India is the most popular and largest media house in India. It has also established its presence in radio, TV, magazines and other related domains. Their requirement was a robust dashboard that can provide them real-time business reports.
What we did
Data is fetched in the application and is drilled down, filtered, and brings the appropriate information through efficient data mining techniques. A SharePoint-based web application that uses Microsoft Technology along with Business Intelligence Reporting was offered as the solution to the problems that the client faced. We developed an application that can be used to monitor and track audience engagement with content across different channels. This includes tracking viewership, user engagement, and other metrics related to content consumption. The application also allows for analyzing customer data and gaining insights into customer preferences and interests.
