Brainvire Powers Puma Energy’s B2B Digital Transformation with Integrated Corporate E-wallet Program

Brainvire, a leading provider of digital transformation solutions, has announced a significant project win with Puma Energy, a global integrated energy company operating a vast network of nearly 2,000 retail sites worldwide.

This strategic engagement focuses on a new, fully integrated Corporate E-wallet program implementation~ the PRIS for Business platform, designed to streamline and digitize B2B fuel purchasing and fleet management across Puma Energy’s operations in the Africa region.

This complex, multi-platform project delivers a unified digital ecosystem by seamlessly integrating a custom-built FlutterFlow web portal development with Odoo ERP customization for LPG distribution, a new middleware integration services layer, and adaptations to the existing PRIS mobile app adaptation. The core objective is to centralize B2B fuel-wallet processes, eliminating manual tasks and enabling corporate clients to fully control their fleet fuel expenses.

The new Corporate E-wallet Web Portal is the administrative hub, built using the agile FlutterFlow low-code framework to ensure rapid development and deployment. This portal enables secure login (via OTP), corporate account registration, and comprehensive Employee Onboarding & Management.

Corporate admins can manage employee e-wallets, approve onboarding requests, request account balance recharges, and immediately credit balances to individual employee e-wallets. The portal also provides essential transaction visibility, showcasing detailed history including fuel quantity, odometer readings, and transaction time, facilitating detailed fleet reporting for corporate clients.

Underpinning the entire platform is deep Odoo ERP customization. The system is being adapted for B2B Customer Accounts and E-wallet Maintenance, ensuring data integrity across financial and operational workflows. Odoo POS is customized to enforce Product Restriction, ensuring corporate e-wallets are used for fuel-only purchases, while also capturing essential Vehicle & Odometer Readings at the point of sale. Alongside, the PRIS Mobile App is being updated so employees can avail of and transact securely using their new corporate e-wallets via a dedicated QR code.

This project represents a major step in the ERP optimization and digitization of Puma Energy’s B2B services. Brainvire’s approach included comprehensive Business process mapping with Odoo v18 and detailed Project coordination for ERP implementation to ensure a single, seamless, and high-quality solution.
