An existing client, Northridge Learning Centre, is a Utah-based tutoring institution that helps students and agencies with their core curriculum and getting quarter and trimester credits. With a new portal, the client was empowered to smoothly manage student orders, assessments, course assignments, and billing processes for a Residential Treatment Center (RTC) and school.
Brainvire automated and optimized the entire student management and assessment process with a centralized Odoo-powered platform for RTC administrators. By customizing Odoo, the RTC, and school can manage different student types, fill out forms, review assessments, submit manual grading, access invoices, and make payments. Northridge Learning Centre improved its operations with the added features to manage the assessment process, including creating the CCR form and its automatic course population based on the transcript.
