Brainvire has successfully launched a full-stack Odoo ERP solution for a prominent semiconductor assembly manufacturer in Thailand, digitizing its complex manufacturing, financial, and supply chain operations into a unified platform.
The enterprise specializes in high-precision inlays for smart cards, RFID-based applications, and in-house chip module packaging. Operating in an environment that demands exact operational traceability and real-time data accuracy, the manufacturer needed an integrated system to replace disparate tracking processes across its production ecosystem. Brainvire absorbed this operational complexity by deploying a tailor-made Odoo ERP platform designed for high-tech semiconductor assembly.
Executed within a streamlined six-month timeline, the deployment involved extensive onsite discovery and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to align system capabilities with shop-floor realities. Brainvire digitized the client’s end-to-end workflows, uniting Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing/Assembly, Quality Control, Planning, Document Management, e-Signature, Employee, and Expense modules into one central working solution.
The solution optimizes crucial business processes, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Manufacture, and Engineering Change Management. Additionally, Brainvire integrated advanced Quality Assessment frameworks alongside custom Accounting and Finance capabilities fully compliant with Thai localization mandates, giving leadership dynamic reporting for real-time decision-making.
