Streamlined SOA Process for Accurate Attachments
We developed a scheduled action to send Statements of Account (SOA) to active clients on the 7th of each month. However, issues arose across all subsidiary companies: the SOA-Transaction content was often not visible in email attachments. To address this, we streamlined financial processes and enhanced accounting management to ensure accurate, real-time data visibility and resolution of attachment issues.
Optimized SOA Timing with Accurate UAE Standard
To address the issue of incorrect SOA/Invoice generation times in email attachments, we optimized the system to display UAE standard time accurately. Additionally, we integrated and enhanced sales, purchasing, and financial operations, ensuring overall efficiency and accurate time representation in documentation.
Enhanced Data Sync Between Salesforce and Odoo
We implemented custom fields and linked them with an API to enhance data synchronization between Salesforce and Odoo. This solution ensured a seamless data flow, providing a unified view of customer and financial information across both systems and streamlining operations for improved efficiency.
Updated Odoo Sign for Seamless Online Signing
The solution involved updating the Odoo Sign module to enable portal and external users to sign online. Additionally, we customized reporting and compliance features to meet specific business needs and regulatory requirements, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to necessary standards.
