Brainvire Launches AI-Powered Salesforce Commerce Cloud to Shopify Plus Migration Accelerator
Brainvire recently announced the release of its Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) to Shopify Plus Migration Accelerator, a packaged replatforming offering built around Vibe Engineering, Brainvire’s eight-agent AI engineering pipeline.
The launch marks a structural shift in how enterprise eCommerce migrations are executed. Rather than treating an SFCC exit as an unpredicted, ground-up rebuild, Brainvire treats it as a template-driven migration package. Every component of an existing SFCC setup, including SFRA/ISML templates, custom objects, site preferences, and SFCC cartridges, is mapped directly to its Shopify equivalent using a standardized architecture instead of being manually rediscovered mid-project.
The accelerator is already proven on a $200M+ revenue SFCC exit delivered with zero downtime, most notably demonstrated during the replatforming of Shop LC, where Brainvire migrated a 5-year SFCC build with 1.1M SKUs to Shopify for Enterprise in just 3 months while supporting live TV shopping and real-time rising auctions.
Operating on a principle where AI writes the code while developers review and approve every stage, the eight-agent AI pipeline automates roughly 40% of the replatforming build before a developer even starts. The Figma Analyzer Agent reads design files to extract measurements, colors, and typography before code is written, reducing design-to-spec time by ~90% faster design-to-spec per component.
Quality is maintained through 30+ quality rules enforced at generation time, requiring two automated validators to return zero errors before developer handoff and achieving zero errors at Shopify Theme Check handoff. Every feature generates 8 artifacts per feature, including spec, PRD, code, test report, and PR description, giving each migration step a complete, reviewable audit trail.
Across live enterprise projects, the accelerator has driven ~81% of code written by AI on average, totaling 1M+ lines of fully audited AI-generated code with accessibility and mobile-first standards built in from line one.
The accelerator delivers end-to-end scope across three core execution pillars: AI-accelerated builds, full-stack coverage (unifying Shopify themes, custom apps, and ERP/OMS/WMS middleware with platforms like SAP, Oracle, and Dynamics), and a zero-downtime cutover, where SFCC and Shopify run in parallel as traffic moves incrementally from 1% to 100% with full rollback capability.
The pre-built migration framework seamlessly transfers catalog and customer data, maps custom SFCC attributes to Shopify metafields and metaobjects, converts ISML templates into Shopify Liquid, and re-platforms cartridges into custom Shopify apps while preserving existing merchandising, tax, and WMS/shipping rules.
