The client is Kuwait’s top retailer and offers a plethora of local services ranging from food to apparel. They wanted to capture the hyperlocal business market in Kuwait and partnered with Brainvire to build a local ecosystem that enables customers to buy anything from their neighborhood stores.
About Product
The smart business finder app features nearly every type of business that one can imagine. This includes general merchants, food chains, supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, and much more. With advanced eCommerce functionality, the app lets customers track their orders in real-time. Users can also search for their favorite stores using the application’s Algolia search capabilities and then visit them in person. On the other hand, sellers can manage their product listings through an exclusive ‘seller panel.’ They can also raise support tickets in case of any difficulties.
