/ AI on Adobe

AI inside Adobe Experience Manager.

AI sits inside content creation, assets, localisation and personalisation as part of the platform we implement. For a Thai rollout the localisation and multi-site pieces matter most, because Thailand is usually one market of several.

Content

Content creation

Generative AI drafts on-brand pages and variations from a single brief, so marketing teams ship experiences without waiting on production.

Localisation

Content localisation

AI translates and localises content and assets at scale, adapting Thai copy and imagery per market so a Bangkok site is not a manual fork of the regional one.

Analytics

Content analytics

AI surfaces which pages drive engagement and conversion in each market, and flags what to fix, so Thai content is judged on Thai numbers.

Workflow

Workflow management

AI routes reviews, approvals and publishing, predicting bottlenecks before deadlines slip.

Assets

Asset management

AI-powered AEM Assets auto-tags, crops and resizes creative at catalogue scale for reuse across web, app and email.

Multi-site

Multi-site management

Reusable components and templates roll out one brand across Thailand and the rest of Southeast Asia from a single source of truth.

Personalisation

Adobe Target personalisation

Adobe Sensei and Target auto-personalise each visitor’s experience, learning continuously rather than by hand-built rules.

Discovery

AI search and discovery

Intelligent on-site search tuned to your content model surfaces the right page for every visitor.

/ What we build

What our AEM team builds.

Every Adobe Experience Manager practice area under one accountable team: Sites, Assets, Edge Delivery, migration and integration. For Thai buyers the two that come up first are multi-language authoring and the move off an ageing CMS.

/01

AEM Sites development

Fast, editable AEM Sites with reusable components and a clean authoring experience, so a Bangkok marketing team ships pages without waiting on engineering.

AI-assisted authoring
/02

AEM Assets (DAM)

A cloud-native digital asset hub that stores, auto-tags and delivers creative across every channel, including Thai-language variants of the same campaign.

AI auto-tagging and cropping
/03

Implementation and customisation

Certified implementation tailored to your brand and stack, upgrade-safe and built to the governance and access rules your Thai entity has to answer for.

AI-assisted configuration
/04

Edge Delivery Services

Author in documents or in AEM and publish to a global edge, which is what keeps Core Web Vitals healthy for mobile-first Thai traffic.

AI performance tuning
/05

AEM migration

Move off Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress or a custom CMS onto AEM with content models and search equity preserved down to the URL. The Sitecore route has its own accelerator.

AI component mapping
/06

AEM managed services

Ongoing operations, security, performance and support after launch, with a named owner reachable inside your working day rather than a ticket queue.

AI-monitored operations
/07

AEM + Adobe Commerce

AEM wired to Adobe Commerce so content and catalogue run on one platform, which is how a Thai storefront and a regional brand site stay in step.

AI content-to-cart
/08

Headless and hybrid AEM

Content delivered anywhere through AEM Content Services and GraphQL APIs, headless or hybrid, so app, web and in-store screens read one source of truth.

AI content modelling

/ How we deliver

How we ship AEM builds.

A predictable path from goal to launch, with a named owner, a working demo at every stage and ceremonies booked inside Thai working hours.

01020304
Step 01

Discovery and IA

Define goals, audit the existing content and design the information architecture and component library with your Thai stakeholders before any build starts.

Step 02

Design and content model

Author templates, editable components and the asset taxonomy, tested with the people who will actually publish in Thai every week.

Step 03

Build and integrate

Develop AEM Sites and Assets, then wire up Commerce, Analytics, Target and your own data, upgrade-safe throughout.

Step 04

Launch and operate

Ship on Edge Delivery with monitoring and a rollback path, then managed growth measured against your Thai traffic, not a global average.

/ The Adobe stack

The Adobe stack we run on.

The Adobe products we implement, integrate and operate around AEM. This is the stack a Thai enterprise usually buys in pieces and then needs joined up.

AEM Sites

The authoring and delivery core: reusable components, editable templates and a clean author experience that ships pages without engineering in the loop.

AEM Assets (DAM)

A cloud-native, intelligent DAM that stores, auto-tags and delivers creative at scale, so teams find and reuse the right asset instantly.

Edge Delivery Services

Document-based or AEM-based authoring published to a global edge for near-instant load times and healthy Core Web Vitals. The same delivery layer sits behind our Adobe Commerce PaaS to SaaS playbook.

Adobe Target

Testing and auto-personalisation that serves each visitor the layout and content most likely to convert, learning continuously.

Adobe Analytics

Cross-channel measurement and journey analytics that turn content behaviour into decisions, with AI surfacing what to act on.

Adobe Commerce

Integrated commerce so content-rich, personalised storefronts run on the same experience platform, managed from one place. See our Adobe Commerce practice for Thailand.

/ Accelerators

Accelerators for the Adobe roadmap.

Playbooks, pre-built components and AI tooling from prior Adobe programmes, packaged so the riskiest step of your roadmap starts most of the way done. The day ranges below are our sizing commitments, not client outcomes.

CMS migration
10 to 14weeks on the Small migration tier

Sitecore to Adobe Experience Manager

Adobe’s AI migration agents convert static Sitecore content into Edge Delivery blocks, and a reusable engine rebuilds the datasource and API driven components a rendered page cannot reproduce.

Platform move
63 to 85days to go live on the Simple tier

Adobe Commerce PaaS to SaaS

Adobe’s Migration Assessment tool scores your codebase and sets the tier, then AI-assisted App Builder refactoring and Edge Delivery authoring get you onto SaaS without flattening your business logic.

/ Delivered for Thailand

How AEM is delivered for Thailand.

We have no Bangkok office and will not pretend otherwise. What Thailand gets is a remote team on your clock, a named owner, and an implementation that already answers to Thai language, tax and data rules.

Hours

Reviews inside the Thai working day

Architecture walkthroughs, authoring reviews and go-live rehearsals are booked in Thai hours. Our nearest office is Singapore, one hour ahead, and the engineering bench sits two and a half hours behind, so a same-day answer is normal rather than exceptional.

Bench

1,000+ engineers behind the build

The AEM team draws on a bench of 1,000+ engineers and 2,500+ delivered projects. One named delivery lead fronts your programme for its whole life, so you are not re-explaining the estate to a new face each quarter.

Language

Thai content as a first-class citizen

Thai copy is not an afterthought bolted onto an English template. Language copies, translation workflow and Thai typography are modelled in the component library at design time, so a Thai page never renders as a broken English one.

Data

Personalisation under Thailand’s PDPA

Adobe Target and Analytics run on visitor data, and Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act has been in force since June 2022. Consent capture, purpose limitation and retention go into the implementation at discovery, so your compliance team reviews a document instead of opening a conversation. AEM form, consent and cookie handling mapped to PDPA (B.E. 2562).

/ Questions, answered

AEM in Thailand, in plain terms.

Do you have an AEM team in Thailand?

No, and we would rather say so. Brainvire has no Bangkok office. Delivery is remote from our engineering centres, with workshops and review slots scheduled inside Thai working hours and one named owner for the life of the engagement. Our nearest office is Singapore, one hour ahead of Bangkok.

Have you built AEM for a company in Thailand?

Not yet. The two Adobe Experience Manager engagements our library documents are United States and global work, and both are on this page. A US energy utility had a legacy AEM platform re-architected with custom reusable components, a GenAI-enhanced interface and real-time outage reporting for the millions of homes and businesses it serves; a global antivirus provider gained 30% faster load speed on AEM. Our Thai-facing casework sits on other platforms.

Is Brainvire an Adobe partner?

Yes. Brainvire is an Adobe Solution Partner, a tier Adobe audits rather than a badge bought for a pitch. The AEM practice covers Sites, Assets, Edge Delivery, migration, integration and managed services, with certified architects on the bench and 14+ years of enterprise delivery behind it.

What is Adobe Experience Manager?

Adobe Experience Manager is Adobe’s enterprise content platform for websites, apps, forms and digital assets. AEM Sites gives authors a component-based editor; AEM Assets gives them an intelligent asset hub; and both connect to Adobe Target, Analytics and Commerce so one platform runs the whole customer experience rather than four that argue with each other.

Can AEM run a Thai-language site properly?

Yes, and this is where most multi-language builds go wrong. AEM handles language copies and translation workflow natively, so Thai is a managed language copy rather than a duplicated site. The work that decides whether it reads well is the content model: Thai typography, line breaking, and the fact that Thai copy runs longer than English in some components and shorter in others. We model that at design time.

Can you migrate us to AEM from Sitecore or WordPress?

Yes. AEM migration is a core practice area: content models are mapped onto AEM components with AI-assisted conversion, and URL structure and redirects are preserved so search equity survives the move. For Sitecore specifically we run a packaged accelerator, described on our Sitecore to AEM page.

What does Thailand’s PDPA change about an AEM build?

It changes who holds what, and when. Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act has been in force since June 2022. Because AEM personalisation runs on visitor data, we map every place personal data is collected, stored or exported, agree the retention rules, and build the consent flows into the implementation instead of adding them after launch.

What does an AEM implementation cost?

There is no single price, and anyone quoting one has not read your estate. Licensing depends on which Adobe products are in scope; implementation depends on your content model, integrations and migration load. A scoping session with an AEM architect produces a costed plan for your stack, which is the only honest way to answer the question.

Do you work in Thai?

We work in English. Calls, documentation and support for Thailand are delivered in English by our Singapore team.
