Headless and PWA
Composable, API-first storefronts with app-like front ends, because almost every session here starts on a phone.
AI performance budgeting Headless Commerce/ Enterprise commerce for Thailand · delivered from our Singapore office on Thai hours
We build and replatform commerce for brands selling into Thailand, delivered from our Singapore office on Thai working hours (UTC+7), with calls and demos on Bangkok time.
/ Agentic AI, built in
A Thai shopper arrives on a phone, keeps a marketplace tab open next to you, and often expects to pay on delivery. The AI in our builds is aimed at exactly that shopper.
Intent-led search puts the right product first for a shopper who is one tab away from a marketplace listing.
Engines trained on real purchase behaviour lift basket size on the storefront and on every marketplace channel beside it.
Assistants answer product questions and steer buyers to checkout at any hour, including inside the chat apps Thai shoppers already live in.
Product copy, imagery and catalogue enrichment stay current in Thai and in English, without a content team chained to the SKU list.
Prices and offers respond to demand, stock and competitors in real time, which matters in a market this promotion-led.
Demand, stock and returns are forecast ahead of the curve, so refused cash-on-delivery parcels stop quietly eating the margin.
Order, returns and support requests resolve themselves across channels, with people stepping in only where judgement is needed.
What drives revenue, and what quietly leaks it, surfaces daily across storefront, marketplace and back office.

AI-mapped data and catalogue migration Migration/ How we deliver
One named owner end to end, a working demo at every stage, and review slots that sit inside the Thai working day.
Goals, catalogue and integrations are audited in workshops run on Thai hours, before any platform is chosen.
The storefront takes shape integration-first and upgrade-safe, and you watch it grow demo by demo.
ERP, marketplaces, payments and search are wired in, then launch runs with a rollback path and monitoring live.
After launch, conversion work, performance and AI continue on a visible roadmap you can hold us to.
/ Accelerators
Playbooks, components and AI tooling from earlier enterprise programmes mean the hardest move on your roadmap begins most of the way there.
Vibe Engineering, our 8-agent AI pipeline, reads Figma specs, writes Shopify Liquid and self-tests against 30+ quality rules, then ships through a progressive, zero-downtime rollout. It is the approach that kept $200M+ of revenue safe on our largest migration.
Adobe’s Migration Assessment tool scores your codebase; we tier the move as Simple, Medium or Complex. AI-assisted App Builder refactoring and Edge Delivery authoring then carry you to SaaS with your business logic intact.
AI-assisted component mapping and template conversion move your content model off Sitecore and onto AEM, the platform we re-architected for a Texas energy hub.
Ready on day one: shop-floor and BOM workflows for manufacturing, carat and hallmark tracking for jewellery, omnichannel checkout for point of sale, and route and warehouse logic for distribution.
/ Industries
Vertical teams with their own data models and reference builds, applied to the sectors that carry most of Thailand’s online trade.
Storefront, marketplace and stock on one platform, learning from every order placed. It is the shape most sellers here need, because the shop is one channel of several.

A storefront is cheap to redo. A platform commitment is not, so the choosing is where the workshop time goes.
Thai VAT 7% and e-Tax Invoice on every order; Lazada and Shopee synced in THB. PromptPay and Thai card gateways we have integrated before.
The one choice you cannot cheaply undo gets made with the people who will own the build, and 1,000+ engineers across 10+ offices behind them. There is no Brainvire office in Bangkok, so the work is delivered remotely and the review slots sit in your day. The shortlist has to survive your catalogue, your margins and your channel mix before anyone signs it.
For most sellers here the storefront is one channel among several, so marketplace connectors are scoped alongside it from the start. Listings, pricing and stock then reconcile in one place instead of three, and the same unit is never sold twice.
Catalogue, customers, content, search equity and finally traffic move in a defined sequence, with a rollback point at each step. A replatform becomes a series of small reversible moves rather than one weekend everybody dreads.
Licence, build and run costs are put side by side for every shortlisted platform, in prioritised buckets with agreed hours, because the cheapest licence is frequently the most expensive store. 95% of clients stay with us afterwards.

/ Questions, answered
No. Brainvire has no Bangkok office, and we would rather say that than imply otherwise. Delivery is remote from our engineering centres, with workshops and review slots scheduled inside Thai working hours and one named owner you can reach for the life of the engagement. Our nearest office is Singapore.
Yes, as one market of a multi-country build rather than as a standalone Thai client. The clearest example is a Singapore-headquartered footwear brand that sells across the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the United States and Spain on a single Odoo backbone. The proof cards on this page are our flagship global commerce builds rather than Thai ones.
The requirement is identical on every platform; the effort is not. Shopify and BigCommerce cover VAT-inclusive display pricing through settings, so the 7% rate a Thai buyer expects to see is a configuration. Adobe Commerce and Magento give you tax classes and customer groups, so business and retail buyers can be treated differently. Odoo takes the tax invoice and the credit note. Scoring each shortlisted platform against how your tax actually behaves is part of the selection work.
It changes who holds what. Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act has been in force since June 2022. On a hosted platform the vendor runs the infrastructure and your exposure sits in apps, integrations and exports. Self-hosted, the whole stack is yours and the hosting region becomes a decision you make rather than one you accept. We put the data-flow map next to the platform shortlist so the two get decided together.
Yes, and that is the normal shape in this market. Marketplace connectors keep listings, pricing and stock in step with the storefront, so the same unit is never sold twice and every order lands back in one place. A Singapore-headquartered footwear brand we built for runs its stores and its marketplaces off one Odoo backbone for exactly that reason.
Yes. Every platform on our shortlist supports multi-language and multi-currency storefronts, so that part is configuration. The work sits in the catalogue: Thai product copy, the terms Thai shoppers actually search for, and the size and specification fields they filter on. We scope translation and catalogue enrichment inside the build rather than as a phase bolted on after launch.
They are integration work, not platform work. Cash on delivery is still a live requirement for many sellers here, and PromptPay sits behind most local card and wallet gateways. We scope the payment and fulfilment layer against the rails you actually use, then test the refund and reconciliation path before launch, because that is where cash on delivery usually hurts.
A focused Shopify Plus launch is measured in weeks; a multi-country Adobe Commerce or Magento programme in months. What drives it is catalogue quality, how many systems have to connect, and how fast your side can decide. Licence, build and run costs go side by side for each shortlisted option, scoped in prioritised buckets with agreed hours, so finance sees the three-year shape before a platform is signed.
We work in English. Calls, documentation and support for Thailand are delivered in English by our Singapore team.
