/ Fintech and financial services for Thailand · delivered from our Singapore office on Thai hours
Fintech for Thailand, engineered remotely.
We build finance systems and the integrations around them — ledgers, ERP, reconciliation and reporting — delivered from our Singapore office on Thai working hours (UTC+7), with calls and demos on Bangkok time.
/ AI across financial services
AI that clears an auditor, not just a demo.
In lending, wealth and payments a model has to be explainable before it is clever. These are the capabilities we fit into a financial services build.
AI credit and lending journeys
Models score, verify and route an application, so identity, payments and credit checks happen inside the application rather than at a counter.
Predictive investment guidance
Portfolio models read income, expenses and holdings, then suggest moves, so a client reads one position rather than four statements.
Fraud and anomaly detection
Transaction models flag the patterns a static rules engine misses, and keep learning from what the operations team confirms.
Document and identity automation
AI reads statements, identity documents and forms, so onboarding stops depending on a queue at a counter.
Conversational customer support
Assistants answer balance, statement and application questions across app and web, and hand off cleanly to a person.
Repayment and collections intelligence
Models separate the repayment that needs a reminder from the one that needs a conversation, so recovery effort lands where it works.
Regulatory and management reporting
Power BI and data pipelines turn core banking, lending and payment data into reports that leadership and a regulator both accept.
Model decisions you can explain
Inputs, approvals and overrides are logged, so a decision can be traced back and reversed when it has to be.

Three cards rather than a padded row. No Thai bank, insurer or lender is on this page because none is on our client list yet, and none of the three cards above is a financial services engagement either; each is here for a capability a finance build turns on, and each names the sector it ran in. Brainvire has delivered banking, lending, wealth and payment platforms, and that record sits in the global case library linked below.

One named owner per engagement Thailand overview/ How we deliver
Four stages between a brief and a live product.
One named owner from start to finish, a demo at every stage, and review slots booked inside your own working day.
Discovery and architecture
Products, data ownership and integration points are mapped in workshops booked on Thailand hours, before a platform is chosen.
Design and build
The journey is built screen by screen against real data rules, and you review it demo by demo.
Integrate and launch
Core systems, payment rails and reporting are wired in, then launch runs with a rollback path and monitoring live.
Optimise and grow
After launch, performance, fraud controls and AI work carry on against a visible roadmap.
/ How we read this market
Regulated systems earn trust before features.
Lending, wealth and payments carry consequences a catalogue does not. The builds we scope start from the data and the controls, then work outwards to the interface.
Thai VAT 7% and e-Tax Invoice generated from the ledger; account data under PDPA (B.E. 2562).
An application, not a form
The IIFL rebuild moved identity, payments and credit checks into the app itself. That is why branch footfall fell 68% instead of moving to a call centre.
One record across products
Loans, holdings and transactions have to reconcile before a dashboard means anything. We map which system owns which field before any screen is designed.
Decisions you can explain
Model inputs, approvals and overrides are logged, so a decision can be traced back to what produced it and reversed when it has to be.
No Thai institution on our client list
We have not delivered for a bank, insurer or lender headquartered in Thailand. There is no Brainvire office in Thailand either. The nearest is Singapore, with 1,000+ engineers across 10+ offices behind it.

/ Questions, answered
Fintech in Thailand, in plain terms.
Do you have a bank, insurer or lender client in Thailand?
No, and we would rather write that here than let you find out in a meeting. The three cards above are Brainvire flagship engagements from our global case library and none of them is a financial services build; each is shown for a capability a finance platform turns on, and each names the sector it ran in. Brainvire has delivered banking, lending, wealth and payment systems, and that record sits in the global case library.
Do you have an office in Thailand?
No. Delivery is remote. The nearest Brainvire office is Singapore. Thailand runs one and a half hours ahead of India, where most of our 1,000+ engineers sit, so the working day overlaps almost end to end. Stand-ups, demos and release windows are booked on Thailand time, and one named owner takes your call.
Can you build a lending or wealth app that stands up in production?
Yes. Brainvire has rebuilt loan journeys with biometric security, integrated payments and credit bureau checks, and wealth applications that carry holdings, transactions and advice behind one dashboard; those case studies sit in the global case library rather than being restated on this page. What the cards here prove is the part that decides whether such a build survives production: integration depth, a governed data repository and one accounting system of record.
Can you connect core systems, payments and reporting so the numbers agree?
Yes, and that integration is usually most of the project. We have built a banking customer service operation on Odoo where tickets are created from an email alias and tracked against service level policies in real time, and portfolio systems where trade, risk and equity data land in one view. We start by mapping which system owns which field.
How do you handle data residency and security for a Thai institution?
By scoping it at architecture stage rather than treating it as a launch task: where data is stored, who can reach it, how it is encrypted in transit and at rest, and what is logged. We hold no Thai financial services licence or local certification, and we will not imply one. If your regulator requires in-country hosting, we design for it and say so in the estimate.
What does a first conversation actually cover?
Thirty minutes on the product, the data behind it and the integrations it has to survive. You leave with an architecture opinion and the sequence we would build it in. No sales deck and no follow-up sequence.
Do you work in Thai?
We work in English. Calls, documentation and support for Thailand are delivered in English by our Singapore team.
