WooCommerce store development
WordPress-native storefronts built for speed and conversion, from catalogue to checkout, with baht pricing and 7% VAT handled at the line item rather than bolted on at the end.
AI merchandising and search/ WooCommerce for Thailand · delivered from our Singapore office on Thai hours
WooCommerce joined to your CRM, ERP and marketplace listings, delivered from our Singapore office on Thai working hours (UTC+7), with calls and demos on Bangkok time.
/ AI on WooCommerce
AI is engineered into merchandising, content and support inside the WooCommerce build we ship. It is not an add-on sold afterwards, and it is tested on Thai product copy as well as English.
Our own AI copilot ships inside the build and takes over merchandising, content and support tasks across the store.
An AI assistant answers product questions and resolves support inside the storefront, in Thai and English, in the same thread.
AI groups shoppers by real behaviour and shapes each campaign, advert and email around the group it is going to.
Recommendation engines trained on your own order history lift basket value and repeat purchase rather than filling a widget.
Generative AI drafts product copy and on-brand imagery, so a large catalogue stays current without a manual rewrite every season.
AI-run A and B tests tune layout, pricing and offers continuously, and report what moved rather than what changed.

None of the three programmes above runs on WooCommerce and none is Thai, because the curated set of client work we show every buyer worldwide, on our homepage and in the main case study library, holds neither. Our documented WooCommerce engagements are named in the questions further down this page, and what we deliver into Thailand is in the Thailand case studies.
/ What we build
Storefront, plugins, migration and the systems behind the till, under one accountable team, with AI engineered into each.
WordPress-native storefronts built for speed and conversion, from catalogue to checkout, with baht pricing and 7% VAT handled at the line item rather than bolted on at the end.
AI merchandising and searchPromptPay and Thai QR, card and instalment options, cash on delivery, plus Kerry, Flash and Thailand Post rate and label integration at checkout.
AI fraud scoring at checkoutBespoke WooCommerce plugins for the jobs no off-the-shelf plugin does, written so an upgrade does not undo them.
AI-assisted plugin scaffoldingCustom responsive themes that set Thai and English side by side without broken line breaking, clipped tone marks or a font fallback that changes the brand.
AI performance budgetingProducts, customers, orders and SEO equity moved either direction. We have run the move off WooCommerce too, so we will say when a catalogue has outgrown it.
AI-mapped data migrationWooCommerce joined to the CRM, ERP and finance systems behind it, the way our WooCommerce and SuiteCRM bridge keeps records in step both ways.
AI-mapped API integrationSeller onboarding, verification, commission splits and vendor-wise tax built in, as on The Veteran Market and the Kuwait doctor marketplace.
AI vendor and fraud checksCore Web Vitals, hardening and managed support after launch, measured on connections your customers actually use.
AI-triaged monitoring, 24x7/ How we deliver
A named owner, a working demo at every stage, and ceremonies scheduled inside your Bangkok working day rather than after it.
We agree catalogue size, tax treatment and every system WooCommerce has to talk to before a line is written.
Storefront and back office are built as one programme, so the CRM, ERP and payment work lands with the theme rather than after it.
Devices, payment methods, Thai text and load are tested together, including checkout on a mobile connection rather than office fibre.
We launch with monitoring in place, then tune the store and support it on a cadence you can hold us to.
/ Beyond WooCommerce
WooCommerce is one part of a wider commerce practice. If a different platform suits your catalogue and your stack better, we will say so and build that instead.
Hosted commerce with baht pricing and marketplace stock kept in step.
Enterprise commerce from an Adobe Gold Solution Partner, for catalogues WooCommerce would strain under.
Multi-store and multi-currency Magento, run from one codebase across markets.
SaaS commerce for teams who would rather not maintain a plugin stack at all.
/ Industries
Vertical teams with their own data models and reference builds, pointed at the sectors that carry most of Thailand’s online trade.
Storefront, marketplace and stock on one WooCommerce catalogue, because in Thailand the shop is usually one channel of several.

We faced challenges with outdated software that hindered our manufacturing process. Choosing Odoo for its versatility and having Brainvire guide the implementation was the best decision. Their dedication and understanding of our business helped streamline operations and elevate our mascot production.

/ Delivered for Thailand
How a WooCommerce programme is actually run for this market from outside it, and a straight note on where our documented case work stands today.
Stand-ups, sprint reviews and release windows are scheduled to Indochina Time, with 1,000+ engineers behind the delivery lead who fronts your programme. There is no Bangkok office; there is a team that keeps your hours.
Prices in satang so rounding never drifts, 7% VAT per line, full tax invoice fields captured at checkout, and PromptPay alongside cards, transfer and cash on delivery. Thai VAT 7% and e-Tax Invoice in WooCommerce tax settings, THB store currency; Lazada and Shopee synced; PDPA (B.E. 2562) on customer records.
Consent capture, purpose limitation, retention and data subject requests are designed into the store from scoping, because a WooCommerce install holds the order and payment history that Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act is written about.
We have no Thai WooCommerce case. What we have is four documented builds elsewhere, a team that keeps your hours, and a preference for saying that plainly rather than borrowing someone else’s market.
/ Questions, answered
No, and we would rather write that than let you assume otherwise. Our documented WooCommerce work is a Kuwait beauty and healthcare marketplace, an at-home DNA testing platform, The Veteran Market, and a WooCommerce to SuiteCRM bridge for an Australian company. None of them is Thai. Our documented delivery for groups trading in Thailand sits on our Odoo ERP in Thailand and Magento development in Thailand pages, and a first Thai WooCommerce build is the gap we would most like to close.
No. Brainvire has offices in the United States, the United Arab Emirates, India and the wider region, and delivers to Thailand remotely. Indochina Time overlaps a full working day with our delivery centres, so demos, design reviews and go-live rehearsals sit inside your working hours rather than after them. If you want people in Bangkok for a workshop, we will plan and price the travel.
WooCommerce suits content-led and direct-to-consumer brands that already run WordPress, want the codebase in their own hands and would rather not pay a platform fee per transaction. It stops being the right answer when the catalogue runs to hundreds of thousands of variants, when several storefronts need one shared inventory, or when a plugin stack has become the actual application. At that point we would point you at Adobe Commerce, Magento or Shopify, and we have run that migration in both directions.
Yes, and the detail is where builds usually go wrong. Prices are held in satang so rounding does not drift, VAT at 7% is calculated per line rather than applied to a cart total, and the full tax invoice fields a Thai buyer needs, including the thirteen digit taxpayer identification number and branch code, are captured at checkout rather than chased afterwards. Buddhist Era dates are handled at the document layer, so a printed invoice reads correctly for your accountant.
PromptPay and Thai QR, domestic and international cards, bank transfer with slip verification, instalment plans, and cash on delivery, which is still a real share of orders outside the largest cities. On delivery we integrate rate lookup, label creation and tracking with the carriers Thai sellers actually use, including Kerry Express, Flash Express and Thailand Post, so a courier change is a configuration rather than a rebuild.
Yes, with engineering rather than a language pack. Thai is written without spaces between words, so search, indexing and text truncation all need segmentation, and a splitter tuned for English will cut a word in half and quietly wreck on-site search. Thai tone marks sit above the line and get clipped by tight line heights chosen for Latin type. Addresses run subdistrict, district and province rather than city and postcode. We handle all of that in the build and test it on your own catalogue.
A store holds customer, order and payment records, so Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act applies from the first order. We design consent capture at the point of collection, keep marketing consent separate from transactional consent, set retention periods per data type, and build the export and deletion routes a data subject request needs, so answering one is an admin task rather than a developer ticket. Where analytics or a chat tool sends personal data abroad, we write that down at design time rather than at security review.
Yes, and we have twice. The Veteran Market runs buyer and seller roles with a verification step before a seller trades, vendor-wise tax control and automated payment splitting on every order. The Kuwait build connects two different user types, doctors and patients, on one WooCommerce instance with revenue sharing built in. Both case studies are linked above, so you can read what was actually delivered.
There is no single price, and a number quoted before scoping would be a guess. Cost follows catalogue size, how many systems the store has to talk to, and whether you need one storefront or a marketplace with sellers in it. A scoping session with a Brainvire architect produces a costed plan against your own stack, which is the honest way to answer this.
We work in English. Calls, documentation and support for Thailand are delivered in English by our Singapore team.
