/ Conversational AI for Thailand · delivered from our Singapore office on Thai hours
We build assistants that resolve real tickets and orders inside your service desk and messaging channels, delivered from our Singapore office on Thai working hours (UTC+7), with calls and demos on Bangkok time.
/ Applied conversational AI
Voice and chat assistants wired into the CRM, ERP and ticketing systems your contact centre already runs, handling Thai and English inside the same conversation.
Voice and chat that closes a routine contact outright, and hands the awkward ones to a person with the whole thread attached.
One assistant across LINE, web chat, your app, WhatsApp and voice, carrying the same thread between them instead of starting again.
Draft replies, summaries and next best action shown to the agent while the customer is still on the line, so the desk gets faster rather than smaller.
Intent models trained on your own tickets and grounded in your own policies, with Thai segmented into words before anything is matched or retrieved.
Assistants wired into Salesforce, Odoo and your ticketing tool through their own interfaces, so the assistant raises the ticket rather than telling the customer to.
Consent, redaction, guardrails and a full transcript trail, written against the Personal Data Protection Act your compliance team answers to.

Our published conversational work — intent classification and drafted replies inside American Lighting’s service desk, chat ordering wired into Planet Pharmacy’s platform, and an HR assistant rebuilt on OpenAI — is answered in the questions further down this page. What we deliver into Thailand is in the Thailand case studies, and the models behind these assistants are on our AI development in Thailand page.
/ What we build
Eight practice areas, one accountable team: the platform, the language models, the integration and the governance around them, built into the tools your desk already opens.

A way to test what works/ How we deliver
Four stages, one named owner, and a working assistant you can talk to at the end of each. Every ceremony sits inside Bangkok office hours.
We read your real ticket history, rank the intents by volume, agree which ones the assistant may close on its own, and settle the Personal Data Protection Act questions before a line is written.
Intent models are trained on your tickets and grounded in your own policy content, then reviewed in a session you sit in rather than a report you receive.
The assistant lands inside your CRM, ERP and ticketing tools, and the handover to a person is designed at the same time rather than bolted on later.
Launch comes with containment reporting and a test harness, on the release pipeline our DevOps engineers who deliver into Thailand build alongside. Retraining follows as your intents move.
/ The conversational AI stack
Models, channels and platforms chosen to fit your data and your stack, deployed in a Thailand cloud region where your provider runs one and the nearest regional one otherwise.
Intent recognition and language understanding on GPT, Claude and open models, tuned to your own product vocabulary in Thai and English. Brainvire is an OpenAI partner.
LINE first, because that is where Thai customers already are, then web chat, your own app, WhatsApp, voice and social.
Salesforce, Odoo, Adobe Commerce and your ticketing tool, connected through their own interfaces so the assistant completes the task.
Vector stores and retrieval grounded in your own documents. Thai is segmented into words before it is chunked, because Thai writes without spaces between them.
Azure AI, AWS and Google Cloud for hosting and inference, placed in the region your own policy requires.
A test harness, guardrails and transcript trails that show whether a prompt or model change helped before customers meet it.
/ Accelerators
Retrieval, guardrails and evaluation tooling from earlier assistant builds arrive packaged, so the riskiest part of a rollout starts most of the way done.
Retrieval, prompt scaffolding and safety guardrails carried over from earlier builds mean a governed agent assist copilot reaches production in weeks rather than quarters.
Extraction, validation and human review, pre-assembled so a customer can ask for an outcome in chat instead of filling in a form and waiting. It reads Thai and English paperwork.
/ Industries
The same disciplines that make an assistant trustworthy in production, applied to the sectors that drive the Thai economy.
Our busiest lane: order status, returns and stock questions answered in chat, against live inventory rather than a stale export.
Explore Retail & eCommerce engagements →Service booking, parts availability and fitment questions answered by an assistant that reads the dealer system directly.
Explore Automotive engagements →Appointment booking, prescription status and triage questions handled with consent and redaction designed in from the first workshop.
Explore Healthcare engagements →Balance, statement and application status questions answered under the audit trail a regulated lender has to produce.
Explore Finance & Fintech engagements →Assistants that understand carat, cut and certification, so a customer question about a stone gets a correct answer rather than a generic one.
Explore Diamond & Jewelry engagements →Enrolment, fee and timetable questions answered around the clock, alongside the centralised learning system we localised for Thailand.
Explore Education engagements →Subscription, billing and content questions handled in chat, so a churn moment becomes a conversation instead of a cancellation.

/ Working with us from Thailand
Brainvire has no office in Thailand. Delivery is remote, from ten or more offices, and we would rather write that here than imply a Bangkok address we do not hold.
LINE Official Account is the primary Thai channel we deploy into; logs and retention under PDPA (B.E. 2562).
Indochina Time gives a full working day of overlap with our delivery centres. Conversation design reviews, escalation rules and release sign-off happen with your team in the session, not in a document sent afterwards. The named owner on your account answers inside your day. Model choice usually falls out of the same conversation as an AI and machine learning build or a generative AI build already in scope, so the three get scoped together.
Thai is written without spaces between words, so segmentation has to happen before anything is indexed, chunked or matched. Business messages carry Buddhist Era dates, thirteen digit national ID numbers and Thai address formats. Mixed Thai and English inside one sentence is normal, and the intent model has to survive it. We handle all of that at the pipeline layer rather than hoping a language toggle covers it.
A conversation log is personal data the moment it carries an identifier. We record the lawful basis for every field during discovery, redact or drop what the assistant does not need before a model sees it, and agree how long transcripts are kept rather than leaving a platform default in place. Consent wording for the chat entry point is drafted with your team, not copied from a template.
Thai customers reach brands on LINE far more than on any other messaging app, so the LINE Official Account is usually where the assistant goes live first and web chat follows. The same intent model and the same knowledge base serve every channel, so a customer who starts on LINE and finishes on your website does not repeat themselves. Generative components run on our OpenAI partnership.
/ Questions, answered
No, and we will not imply otherwise. Brainvire has offices in the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore and India, with 1,000+ engineers behind them, and delivers to Thailand remotely. Indochina Time overlaps a full working day with our delivery centres, so your named delivery owner is reachable inside your own office hours. If you want people in a room in Bangkok for conversation design, say so at scoping and we will plan the travel rather than pretend it is not travel.
Not yet, and dressing up work from another market as local would be the fastest way to lose your trust. What we can show is delivered conversational work: intent classification and drafted replies inside American Lighting’s service desk, which took one desk from about 250 orders a day to between 400 and 1,000; chat ordering wired into Planet Pharmacy’s platform across 700+ pharmacies; and an HR assistant rebuilt on OpenAI for a client who did not release figures. Our documented work for groups trading into Thailand is Odoo and commerce, on our Odoo ERP in Thailand page.
Yes, and it takes deliberate engineering rather than a language setting. Thai is written without spaces between words, so segmentation runs before anything is indexed, chunked for retrieval or matched to an intent. Messages carry Buddhist Era dates, thirteen digit national ID numbers and Thai address formats, all of which have to be recognised and normalised. Customers routinely mix Thai and English inside a single sentence, so the intent model is trained on that rather than on clean text.
Yes, and for most Thai consumer brands that is where it should launch. We build against the LINE Messaging API for a LINE Official Account, then extend the same assistant to web chat, your own app, WhatsApp and voice. One intent model and one knowledge base serve every channel, so a customer who starts a question on LINE and finishes it on your website is not asked to repeat it.
Treat a transcript as personal data from the first message, because that is what it is once an identifier appears in it. During discovery we record the lawful basis for every field the assistant captures, redact or drop what it does not need before a model sees it, and agree a retention period with you rather than accepting a vendor default. Consent wording at the chat entry point is drafted with your team. If a customer later asks what was held about them, the answer has to be producible, so we design for that rather than retrofitting it.
That is the usual shape of the work. Assistants connect to Salesforce, Odoo, Adobe Commerce and ticketing tools through their own interfaces, so the assistant checks a real order, raises a real ticket or books a real appointment instead of telling the customer where to go and do it. The American Lighting build is exactly that pattern: a message arrives in the service desk at one end and a validated draft order appears in Adobe Commerce at the other.
It depends on how much the assistant has to know about your own products and systems. A narrow question and answer bot can start on an off-the-shelf platform and often should. An assistant that has to close a contact end to end needs your intent data, your policy content and integration into the systems that hold the answer, and that is where we get engaged. We will say plainly when a product would serve you better than a build.
Every assistant ships with a test harness and a baseline. Containment rate, escalation reasons, answer accuracy and handover quality are tracked against that baseline in Thai and in English, so a prompt or model change is judged on evidence rather than on a feeling that it reads better. The walkthrough happens with your team before release, and the reporting transfers to you afterwards while we pair through the first tuning cycle.
We work in English. Calls, documentation and support for Thailand are delivered in English by our Singapore team.
