The client is an established audiologist and owns several clinics in the United States. They wanted genuine and quick feedback from their customers. They approached Brainvire to develop a custom mobile application that helps them obtain quick reviews.
Based on the client’s interest, our developers proposed the development of a SaaS-platform with Sycle integration and Shopify POS. They introduced a couple of features in this platform along with video recording capabilities.
These features helped the client ask relevant questions to customers. Customers could now highlight the upsides and downsides of their journey. This information helped the client revamp their journey as per the customer preferences.

The client can either email or message the link to their customers to obtain reviews. The team integrated the Shopify POS app with the main system. This integration can provide real-time updates about activities on Shopify directly on the POS system. The client doesn’t have to manually look for updates.
Apart from this, the team implemented Sycle integration wherein the client can use the Sycle facility as a calendar to manage patient information and appointments.
This SaaS-platform with HIPPA compliance made it convenient for the client to share testimonials on different social media platforms.
With the automated process, the client could now generate reviews from not only healthcare but also several other industries. Over 1000 businesses have appreciated and adopted this smart solution.
