Consumers’ busy lifestyles are pushing them more and more toward needing a variety of services on demand. But that lifestyle makes it a cumbersome task for them to find reliable repair technicians to fix their plumbing, build furniture, or even replace a door.

To eliminate this hurdle, a UK-based company contacted Brainvire to discuss an idea to create a customer-centric solution. The company wanted to develop a mobile application that would allow its customers to choose any vendor they required and within their budgets.

We brainstormed on the features we could provide in the mobile application to make it more user-friendly and aimed to offer the client a seamless customer experience through this mobile application.

The plan was to provide a one-stop solution for service providers like furniture remodelers, caterers, construction contractors, interior designers, jewelers, photographers, farm rental services, lawyers, commercial cleaners, and other errand service providers.

We recommended the most suitable roadmap for the client. Customers can log in to the social network app and search for the services they need in their locale.

The application was designed to share a list of service providers within a given radius along with the estimated costs for the tasks requested. Customers can select a service provider as per their budget and feasibility.

Along with a standard booking process, we included additional steps for detailed service information. This way, customers and service providers will have ample details and clarity about the jobs they’re being hired to do.

With this application, the client and Brainvire together can offer a one-stop solution to people who need these services. The mobile application came as close as practically possible to meet the client’s request of providing customers on-demand services within a few taps.
