This is what our developers came up with after taking all of their observations into account and brainstorming an easy-to-use solution. First, we measured every aspect, then suggested developing a mobile application that will provide real-time updates for builders and construction managers about activity on multiple sites and changes in material quantities, work progress across various zones etc. In addition, we implemented IoT devices called Badges which allow workers to mark their attendance through one tap; there's also provision made for custom notifications set up just the way you want them!


The benefits of this application are many, including an increase in efficiency, better safety measures for workers on site and managers overseeing them all from afar. In addition, with real-time updates fed into the dashboard, they were able to provide more seamless work processes, which led to increased production and higher project completion rates as well!
