Roles & Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery Management: Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and quality delivery of Odoo implementations and projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Odoo developers, consultants, and project managers.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Provide guidance and support for professional development.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality Odoo solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP and related technologies.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Odoo and related fields
  • Provide technical guidance to the team and assist in problem-solving.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Implement effective risk management strategies to ensure project success.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements

  • Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain quality standards.
  • Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation and delivery.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
