It offers features like recording and playing walkthroughs for improved understanding, flexible media attachment, and visitor tracking for real-time analytics. Additional functionalities include section tags, user invites, query support, user-behavior analysis on docs, and live collaboration. This versatile tool serves students, professors, lawyers, financial institutions, and document-centric organizations, empowering them to track and engage with PDF content effectively.

Brief

We developed a responsive and compatible website with desktops, mobiles, and tablets, allowing users to upload unlimited PDF files. Also, we have created a static website to promote products. The application also supports audio and video walkthroughs for clear communication and the ability to scribble on PDFs and attach/view additional files. Users can access various PDF-related tools, such as zoom in/out, text selection, document search, printing, downloading, and split/single view. Users can also post comments and questions that designated support managers will answer. The application also tracks user-uploaded documents, visitor behavior, and content.

Highlights

We created a responsive and platform-independent website for desktops, mobile, and tablets. In this application, there was no limit to uploading a PDF. We're excited about our successful partnership with DocyLink. Brainvire developed desktop and web applications using the same code base to ensure platform independence. We incorporated CDN, user behavior analytics with LiveBlocks, Amazon S3 bucket DevOps, and other tools to meet DocyLink's needs. The project aimed to create a robust application with super admin and admin privileges, auto-assigned permissions for users, document sharing, and detailed user behavior tracking. The responsive application underwent rigorous testing to provide an exceptional user experience.
