About Project

The client is a well-known industry distributor of a broad range of FMCG goods with many years of expertise in the retail sector. Managing all of the operations across the various systems used by this sizable firm was difficult. In order to increase both their internal productivity and the effectiveness of all of their activities, they selected a single solution.

What we did

Our Team developed a web-based integrated supply chain management system that manages and synchronises the entire inventory system, updates the status of deliveries and cancellations, updates stock levels during purchases and sales, and generates reports based on sales, sales history, and orders to maintain the right balance between supply and demand. The customer also asked for the creation of a mobile interface that runs on Android. This would make it possible for field users, whether salespeople, shopkeepers, or wholesalers, to update and access information seamlessly whether they were online or not.
