About Project
After a successful stint with TOI in Website & Editorial Dashboard, we developed an NPS system. This system is integrated with SAP ERP System to pull data from their legacy system. Also, the system will automate and schedule the entire work management to streamline the business workflow to reduce manual intervention and workload. TOI also requested us to develop a solution that automates order processing and keeps the interface between vendor and client.
What we did
Brainvire implemented the newspaper print business for India's leading news, media, and entertainment group. It includes customized web-based processes and automation of their legacy system. It also provides order placement and data management for planning and scheduling activities. To ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy, we implemented artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to automate order processing. In addition, the AI algorithms could detect anomalies in order data, ensuring that orders were placed accurately and efficiently. Finally, the system was designed to monitor and track order processing, allowing clients to make informed decisions about managing their resources.

Highlights
We streamlined the workflow of The Times of India. Unified all branches on a common portal to ensure seamless newsprint scheduling. Furthermore, an exclusive module was developed that generates an accurate demand and supply ratio based on the current market conditions. In addition, centralized access was provided to the SAP master data like shipments, costs, quantity sourced, etc. Such a robust system ensured the accurate delivery of newsprints in the market and increased the client’s ROI quickly.
