Business Challenges
In some states of the USA, there is a huge network of the dispensaries, deliveries, and doctors that provide medical marijuana and cannabis to the people on the demand. This is an emerging industry in the USA that has great potential and people have an interest in it.
All the products and services related to marijuana and cannabis were offered offline, which in turn made the navigation of nearby local dispensaries, doctors, or deliveries difficult. The marijuana providers are unable to enhance the reach to the customers. Also, it’s impossible to track and find from where the different marijuana vendors are getting what type of marijuana.
The client came up with an idea to create a digital solution where the local dispensaries, doctors or deliveries providing the marijuana and cannabis can be listed and people seeking for the same products can easily find the nearby stores and locate the same on maps as well. Also, the marketplace illustrates to which vendors they are distributing what type of marijuana.
Solution
The two different web and mobile application were developed that enable marijuana and cannabis providers to list their business services and help the people to easily search and locate the stores in the close vicinity. Additionally, the users can view the different vendors to whom the marketplaces are providing the marijuana and cannabis. Most of the features of web and mobile apps are same, but just a few more features are added to the mobile app.
