The workshop commenced at 09:30 AM IST on September 07, 2019. Brainvire’s top leadership displayed their down to earth nature in the initial introductory session.
The speaker, Ms. Prachi Shukla Shah, from Position Plus Consultants, Ahmedabad, took the participants on a journey of self-exploration. Without knowing oneself better, an individual cannot work on the upliftment of his or her team. This session gave all team leaders deep insights about themselves. They were also made to explore the personalities of their teammates.
Analyzing the internal strengths and weaknesses along with the external opportunities and threats is essential for an organization to function efficiently. Thus, Ms. Shah pinpointed the benefits of SWOT analysis on both a personal and professional level. Such an analysis can be done even by a common employee who can then rise to become a leader.
As leaders, we have the notion that leadership is all about learning new things every day and putting them into action. But this is not true. Unlearning old things will clear the clutter from your memory and make space for new knowledge.

Before winding up the workshop, the speaker gave a secret success mantra to all the leaders of Brainvire. It is known as ‘GOOGLE.’

Boredom can set in even in the most interesting events. The speaker tackled it smartly with a host of games for the attendees. For example, she distributed the teams into the various airlines and made them complete a virtual journey. Everyone’s excitement levels reached their peak while playing these games.
