We deployed our
retail ecommerce solutions to help the client effectively manage their sales, leads, and customers across websites. To facilitate this, we integrated Genesys, a contact center software that creates personalized customer experiences with Odoo. Additionally, our experienced developers integrated Intercom, an omnichannel conversational platform that helps to build customer relationships. In addition to creating single-point access for the sales and marketing personnel to track leads, sales, and crucial customer data, we automated several marketing tasks to save time further.
