About Project
In this project, the client hopes to digitize the existing loyalty pass system and create a superior user experience on the front end, as well as a useful online interface and mobile app for the business owner.
What we did
After carefully evaluating the client's needs, we tailored the documentation to their unique context, delivering comprehensive and affordable documentation that surpassed their expectations. Additionally, we developed a feature-rich website and app specifically designed to enhance consumer engagement and cater to the requirements of hotel operators. As part of the process, we successfully rebranded the app from "Wallet Genie" to "CLYNQ" and established a parent marketing website that showcases the platform's concept and provides subscription links. To further enhance functionality, we introduced the Outlet Subuser feature.

Highlights
We have developed a comprehensive solution for vendors, comprising a mobile app, a website, and an intuitive admin portal. Additionally, we have prepared detailed documentation for seamless integration with Android and iOS wallet interfaces. Retailers can efficiently award points and incentives by simply scanning the customer's QR code. The platform offers diverse subscription models for managers centrally managed through the admin interface. Moreover, merchants can choose background images from the CLYNQ library when creating passes. Furthermore, we have created a parent marketing website with concept information and subscription links to support the entire platform.
