The USA based client works in the energy industry, providing business, technical consulting, and engineering solutions as an independent consulting service provider for energy needs.
Their existing system ran risk assessment on MS Excel. The client approached Brainvire for a web-based module to assess project risk in an easy, versatile way, with templates, assessments, stored results, and project risk simulation.

Excel-based risk process
