Graphics Designer

Responsibilities

• Design digital creative across display, paid social, native and email that adheres to brand guidelines

• Partner closely with the Account, PM and Creative team leads to understand campaign objectives and target audiences to design assets that align to the overall creative strategy.

• Help generate innovative concepts and design solutions that can be templatized in order to elevate brand presence across digital platforms.

• Ensure designs are optimized for different platforms and formats, including desktop, mobile, and tablet.

• Assist in creating multiple variations of designs for A/B testing and optimization of ad performance.

• Continuously improve ad performance through design tweaks based on analytics and feedback.

• Be willing to creatively Design while working within established templates

• Must be a team player.

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Digital Designer, or similar role with a focus on digital display banners, paid social content and email marketing.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.), and other relevant design tools.

• Experience with After Effects and motion design is a plus.

• Experience with HTML5 and CSS for banner animation and web design is a plus.

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition.

• Knowledge of design best practices for different digital platforms and ad specifications

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.

• Experience in creating designs that drive user engagement and conversion.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
