Responsibilities
- • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives. Focus on optimizing the customer journey and lifecycle through various marketing channels.
- • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of growth marketers. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., social media, email, PPC, SEO, content marketing).
- • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of growth initiatives. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, improve ROI, and drive continuous improvement in marketing efforts.
- Develop and execute campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers. Utilize various channels and tactics, including paid media, organic growth strategies, partnerships, and more.
- Collaborate with the product and customer success teams to develop retention strategies, reducing churn and increasing customer lifetime value.
- • Manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact and ROI.
- • Work closely with other departments such as product, sales, and analytics to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with broader company goals
- • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing technologies. Implement best practices and innovative tactics to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide regular reports to senior leadership on key metrics, campaign performance, and growth initiatives.
- Experience in managing ecommerce marketing. Required hands-on experience on ecommerce CMS platforms like Magento, Shopify, WordPress, etc.
