The client is a leading provider of premium quality products for fishing, hunting, boating, and camping. They also ship their products both in and out of Kuwait. The client approached Brainvire to build retail solutions for them where they can sell different products online in addition to their offline store. We took the client’s eCommerce development company needs into consideration and built an eCommerce website and hosted it on the AWS server.
Brainvire resolved this challenge by integrating DHL for international delivery. We established a channel for domestic delivery by setting a flat rate for Kuwait delivery where the client has to use their own trucks to deliver the products.
We integrated the KNet payment gateway but it was not working for the production server. To overcome this issue, we communicated with the KNet Kuwait team to get access to the KNet Product server credentials. Brainvire’s team guided the client by scheduling regular demo calls to showcase the flow of the system and make them understand how to manage it.
The client did not have any ready-made product images or product data since they did not have a website before. Brainvire’s team required product information for uploading it in a pre-defined format on the website. For that, we provided a pre-defined CSV format and helped the client to prepare the product lists so that it can be uploaded on the website.
