The new website will enable the team to create customized microsite or mini websites for subdomain URLs, complete applicant application forms, assign the Temp HR team, and map assessments to the schedule. The admin section will also facilitate customizable email and SMS modules and for creating eligibility posts and cast wise, and more customization. With configurable exam drives, admins can edit application forms upon request of candidates/ applicants.
The client will also receive three approaches to allocate centers to applicants with possibility of center allocation via algorithm, import and export applicant data by admin, and self selection by the applicant. Using RBAC(Role based access control), the admins can manage the users along with different permissions like add, edit or view access. Customization can be extended to admit cards with the option of scanning QR or barcode to extract applicant data at the center by simply scanning the codes. Admin can even verify or reject documents uploaded by the candidate.
