Home Furnishing Brand Embarked On A New Journey With Adobe Commerce

Brainvire migrated a niche home furnishing brand’s website to Adobe Commerce successfully to automate their cluttered workflow and management efforts.

This home furnishing brand is based in the United States, and they have an elite collection inclusive of mattresses, natural furniture, covers, frames, pillows, beds, and others. However, they wanted to streamline their internal workflow and customize the experience for their audiences. With this vision, they got in touch with Brainvire.

When Brainvire first audited its website, our certified Adobe experts noticed several code issues. As a result, our team recommended the brand switch to Adobe Commerce from their current version as it would bring them additional functionalities and features. For example, they can skip different integrations concerning multi-payment and multi-shipping facilities because they are already available in Adobe Commerce.

The brand realized this need and confirmed respective implementations. As a result, our Adobe team has crafted a proper migration plan for the brand. To begin with, we have started designing the UI/UX of the Adobe Commerce platform based on user preferences. Once we have a proper structure, layout, and navigation, we will migrate all the data successfully.

Simultaneously, we are solving the code issues for the client. Alongside, we aim to implement RMA, effective management of reward points, and cart abandonment. These features can be easily integrated with Adobe Commerce, and the brand does not have to rely on third-party tools.

In the meantime, our team is designing a customized customer purchase journey on the website. We are planning to incorporate a specific section where customers can select their desired fabric, furnishing, or furniture size and place an order. Our team is conducting in-depth customer research to understand customer preferences and ways to improve their journey through this personalized feature on the website.
