This end-to-end risk lifecycle management platform empowers cross-functional teams, from project managers and legal professionals to on-site engineers, to collaborate seamlessly and proactively address potential challenges.

Stact’s modular platform architecture provides robust capabilities to manage projects and risks, enabling users to effortlessly create projects, log site-specific risks, and generate dynamic risk scores based on severity and impact. This integrates smoothly with a task and mitigation workflow, where users can assign mitigation tasks to team members who then complete and submit them for review and approval. These automated workflows with AI allow risk scores to be updated dynamically based on whether mitigations were partially or fully implemented, directly influencing the project’s live health dashboard.

In parallel, the platform features an AI-powered contract intelligence module that offers automated clause extraction software, adept at parsing uploaded contract PDFs to automatically identify, categorize, and structure legal clauses for faster review. This eliminates manual review delays and supports AI in workflow management. 

With a dedicated clause review system, clauses are automatically distributed to the relevant teams set up upon extraction. The system streamlines reviews with bulk clause actions, enabling multiple clauses to be approved or rejected at once. It also features a two-step verification process: if a team member rejects a clause, it's sent to an IQ manager for a final decision. Team members can collaborate directly on specific clauses using contextual discussion threads.

For immediate insights, an AI contract chatbot provides instant, clause-aware responses to user queries related to uploaded contracts, complemented by a split-view contract viewer that lets users view the contract PDF alongside the extracted clause data. All user activity is diligently tracked through robust audit logs, and real-time updates are delivered via notifications for task and clause status, ensuring full auditability software and enhanced compliance tracking software.
