The client represents a novel approach to commercial leasing. They provide an open and honest online community in which landlords and tenants can independently negotiate and transact with one another, thereby saving both parties money and time. The client ran through a Brainvire audit, during which we focused primarily on inspecting the project's source code for flaws and vulnerabilities. As a direct result of our work on the project, this will make the workflow more efficient.
About Product
Brainvire developed an AI-based software to help landlords list commercial or private space. The solution's feature permits landlord-tenant contact without an agent and saves thousands of dollars. We implemented voice search functionality in the application using AI, by using a speech-to-text (STT) technology to convert the user's spoken words into text. This text is then used as input to search property for relevant listings. Additionally, it also used natural language processing (NLP) to understand the intent of the user's search query and return more accurate results. This speech-to-text (STT) technology enabled, Vendors to use speech for adding their properties to the listings. Furthermore for the recommendation functionality, the text input, along with the user's past behavior and preferences, were used to train a machine learning model to make personalized recommendations.

Landlords provide unclear property descriptions which makes it tricky for potential audience to find appropriate properties.
Brainers introduced an easy to use AI-coaching tool that allows landlords to add more specific details like area, region, videos, images regarding properties. Also, tenants would get the relevant recommendation on based of the locations mentioned in the search tool.

- Seamless Posting and RegistrationThis whole process of registration used to be done manually and was lots of paper work. We converted it to a paperless format and made it less complicated for publishing or posting commercial or private spaces. Publishing was now a seamless process and was customisable.
- Communication EstablishmentThis chat feature overcomes the most critical and important gap of the process which was a 2-sided communication. This helped in many ways as it increased the customer engagement and also reduced the customer service cost. It also helped landlord to reach the tenants expectations.
- Secured Data StorageThis system safely maintains the tenants and landlords professional and personal data. It also allowed landlords to post or publish the big size videos on the application hazel free.
