Based on our analysis, we learned that our client is an established perfume brand seeking a system for managing multi-store POS, back-end systems, and inventory at each store. Our specialists created a functional wireframe that enabled them to develop the SAP integration with Odoo as the first stage of development.

The client is a multi-million dollar perfume trading company with a strong retail presence with over 240+ outlets worldwide headquartered in Dubai. It was started from scratch by a farmer's son in the early 1950s, and their brand has a rich heritage acquired through almost seven decades of experience and know-how in the intricate art of perfumery.

They are getting many international leads; they approached Brainvire about integrating a system to manage their leads in real-time.

Along with these features, the brand can offer gift cards and customized codes to their customers to generate leads and sales.

The advanced CRM used a domain mechanism technique that helped manage several campaign programs for a diverse range of customers that improved Ajmal Perfumes’ sales.

Our experts have integrated Odoo to manage multi-store POS architecture and its 240+ stores swiftly. Above all, Ajmal Perfumes obtained a unified system that helped communicate with customers and other stakeholders from a single location.

Simultaneously, the brand can use the customized dashboard for better purchase, accounting, and inventory management. The graphs and real-time updates on the dashboard make it convenient to manage activities across departments.
