Chintan also shared the apparent shortcomings of Zoho and Salesforce solutions for AmiViz. He mentioned that digital transformation is not just about CRM. Instead, a modern solution that served automation, communication offered real-time updates and eliminated mundane human processes.
The impact of this implementation on their business, and they observed a peaked interest of sellers, vendors, and others on the Odoo mobile application. This resulted in a considerable jump in the industry.
When asked what’s next, Chintan proposed data collection and analysis to be key priorities. Brainvire also aims to bring in automation with AI/ML so that teams can use data wisely to make lucrative business decisions quickly. In addition, this data can be used to manage sellers and distributors.
