With the continued growth of IT in the hospital sector, the client wanted to provide advanced facilities to customers to help them access best possible services and save their time.
Project Highlights
Upon the client request, Brainvire took the opportunity to develop a high-end application. The Client wanted us to develop a hybrid mobile application for Android and iOS platform. This application will help existing and prospective customers to search and view the health care services available to them. This makes it a lot easier for the dental patient to get along with the best organization and choose the plan for treatment. The organization will have the benefit of having more customers and serving Patients needs faster. The application also includes features like location services that will facilitate the customers for easy searching for the available practitioners in the area.
The Challenges
- Real-Time Navigation to help Patient to find servicesThe client wanted to have the real-time tracking tool and navigation system. Here, the bigger challenge for our team was developing an application with accurate coordinate and GPS location. We also had to develop code to have a better result in the usage of the application.
- Members Login and practitioner Information for the UserWe had to decide, what features can be used by the member and non-member users. Mobile App development team had to plan separate modules for such types of user. We also had to arrange practitioner information in such a way that Patient can look up to the related Dental Practitioners in the best time.
- User can view different products, Plans, and servicesTo offer seamless experience through a mobile application, the client wanted to arrange different products, Plans and services properly. This makes easy for the consumer to opt for the best plan. We had to make sure those different products, Plans, and services come under the right category and category section.
- Publishing hybrid app on Android and iOS storeTo launch the hybrid application, we had to ensure that hybrid app is uploaded without errors and there are no bugs when a user downloads it. Here, the real challenge was checking application on every device to see if the hybrid application is responsive and fully functional.
