The client was facing challenges and problems in providing accessible transportation services for specially-abled students. They are dedicated to supporting parents, drivers, and school administrators in interacting, tracking, and sharing the journey logs of differently-abled students commuting by vehicle.
Our client is a transport service provider headquartered in the United Kingdom. They have teamed up with the government to ensure that specially-abled students can safely travel. They intend to include an app with trackable GPS, tools, and real-time live location of the trip to their parents and school administrators. The buses allocated for students with special needs are wheelchair-accessible and run on the same roads as public transportation.

We developed a comprehensive mobile application with customized functionalities - the admin can monitor the location, arrival time, travel details, and bus details on the mobile application. Also, chauffeurs can enter details such as trip specifics, leave requests, and vehicle checklists to ensure that the vehicle is safe for specially-abled commuters.
We integrated Google Calendar to monitor working hours and added digital signatures for all users. In addition, we developed a module for the attendant that monitors the attendance of every student who has onboarded and deboarded the bus. Parents can monitor their child's journey and rider data in real-time. Finally, we've added a module that allows commissioners to observe the complete statistics and reports of drivers, attendants, and routes.
