Currently, the client is using 4 systems to manage their whole process. QuickBooks, Quick Stock WMs(SQL database), Daylight CRM, and Freshdesk. It is very tough for them to manage data on different platforms.
The client wanted to streamline their business operations into one platform. Brainvire suggested Odoo. As an Odoo Gold Partner, Brainvire analyzed the RFP document shared by the client’s team and mapped each flow with Odoo to identify necessary customizations. The Odoo ERP system includes all modules like CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Barcode, Accounting, Studio, Approval, Helpdesk.
The client wanted a mobile app for their pickers. We suggested the Odoo Mobile application for pickers. Another requirement was that they wanted to manage orders received from the Shopify eCommerce website to be synced into the Odoo ERP. We implemented the Odoo- Shopify integration along with EDI to fetch orders from different sources. We added a dispatch system to allow office staff to reserve or unreserve inventory to figure out how to use up inventories to fulfill needs based on complex human knowledge.
