Client is a commercial grade bounce houses and equipment supplier providing inflatables, tables, chairs, party tents, party and inflatable accessories, floor dryers and close outs. The company is supplying premium quality water slide inflatables, wedding and party tents and bounce houses since 25 years. They also sell entire gamut of inflatables and tents including bounce house inflatables, water slide inflatables, pole tents and frame tents in all sizes.

Business Challenges

The client wanted to expand their business reach and hence, thought of selling their broad range of products online through ecommerce store. They also required a comprehensive CRM solution integrated with their ecommerce store so that their entire business process right from placing order inquiry to customer payments, representative commission calculations to reports generation everything can be carried out efficiently and easily through a smooth automated workflow rather than manually.


Understanding the client’s need to create online presence for their business, Brainvire team developed an inclusive Magento ecommerce store that allowed client to easily promote and manage their wide range of products and categories right from the user-friendly admin panel.

Cart2quote Extension Integration:
The cart2quote extension was integrated to enable efficient management of the entire quote to order generation process right from placing order inquiry by customer to confirmation of the order including assigning of order inquiry to representative, representative approaching the customer for price negotiation, sending proposal to customer with revised product amount with shipping charges, discounts etc., and much more.
OroCRM Implementation:
